Check# 3938 and 3941. 7:30 am 3/20. Got my regular order which included a $6 large matcha latte with light ice. The drink has a 1” gap of missing product. I said that is not filled to which the employee (black lady hair pulled back) said it’s because so got light ice. I said I’ve been going to dunkin for 10 yrs, not this location, but I’ve never been served it like this. A white lady came over and offered to fill the one inch with milk. I said no bc I didn’t want the ratio of the drink thrown off and it to not taste right, it’s expensive. They made it clear that they wouldn’t remake it. The white lady walked off they left the window open and she said she hasn’t been coming here 10yrs we opened a year ago. I spoke up and said that I “ I was specific and I said Dunkin’, not this location.” She came back over. I said that’s fine, just refund me plz. The white lady had to take over to do the refund. They were irritated at having to do it. She handed me my refund receipt and said “have a day.” Fine, whatever, I get it was snippy. But the black lady behind her screeched “AH HAHHH” and smiled with her mouth open. I had started to let off the brake but depressed it and looked back and up at the window - the white lady had walked way and the black lady was staring at me mouth open, huge grin and slightly lunged forward with her body, continuing to smirk mouth open. Look I went to public school… that gesture basically means u wanna go/ what u gonna do about it. I said nothing, pulled away and drove to work, went to the Dunkin by my work ordered the same drink light ice, they filled the drink to the top without me asking and yes it actually had light ice. I could go to the other Dunkin but honestly I’m over Dunkin for a while. Probably a good thing to bc I didn’t use the app this time bc I was in a rush but I have a ton of points and literally went to Dunkin every weekday for like a year, $12 order every time. Just moved to Florida, I live a street down from this location but you couldn’t pay me to return if those 2 are working there. I guarantee this isn’t the first time they’ve treated a customer that way, they both seemed confident there would be no consequences for their behavior which is why I believe they were so braisen. Don’t wanna fix the drink? Fine, that is a right y’all have but I also have the right to say keep it just refund me. It’s not sweat of my brow. I have no interest in fighting over a drink. It’s an expensive luxury, I will just not spend my money there. I’m not sure if the lady that had to come do the refund was the actual manager bc if so that would explain the cashier. Really super uncool Dunkin. Welcome to...
Read moreI don’t usually leave reviews. I went to Dunkin because Starbucks was closed which is where I usually go and I have gift cards to go there but they were on strike. I went to Dunkin because I had to get a gift card for Christmas anyway. Everything was fine and they made my drink and all but when I went to pay they said they couldn’t take card, but that wasn’t true ultimately. They just didn’t want to do it at the first window where the machine was working. So I reloaded money through the app. And then when I asked for a gift card, I figured I could pay through the app for that, too. They didn’t dispute that. After they scanned my app funds they told me it wouldn’t work but I would have to pay for the card they just loaded from my personal card. I told them “I don’t want to drop $40 at Dunkin today.” They kept arguing that the money I loaded on the Dunkin app was still mine. But I don’t go to Dunkin. I set aside that money to buy a card for my brother. I could tell they’re just kids and they really weren’t understanding. I tried to level with them in a way that any adult would understand as it’s not easy out there for anyone to drop $40 in one day on something they don’t even use. Then they got hostile about the situation with me. The girl said “well, I know you go to Dunkin, so.” This young girl doesn’t know me. I’m not a liar. I tried to stay kind with them but they were still...
Read moreThere was a line of about 6 cars in drive thru not moving for a few minutes. 2 associates came thru the side door and were taking photos of the sky. When they went back in then the line started to move. At the speaker no1 greeted. They just said "go ahead with the order" after "pull foward". Where's the friendliness? Where's the "welcome to dunkin" "your total is $25.51 please pull forward thank you" at the window I'm not sure if it was a manager or associate in a black shirt and sweater no uniform. She didn't tell me my order would be a wait until after I paid she told me pull forward. I asked her how long was my wait she said "it's coming out now" 15 minutes later still no order. When the line cleared she finally brought me food as she VAPED walking back and forth. The bagels I received were so CHEWY and then the hashbrowns were COLD, the sausage was COLD! My son and I threw away our food and did not have breakfast. My daughters breakfast wraps were also chewy she ate only the egg inside. I never write reviews cause I also work in the restaurant industry but wow, I felt this was needed and a disgrace to every Dunkin especially since this is a new location and only does take out and drive thru NO dine in should be fairly simple. I'll go back to the location on Sunbeam where I feel Welcomed and they NEVER mess...
