This location has been my usual drive-thru stop for getting some quick food and a coffee for the better part of a year now. I've finally hit the point where I can't justify going to this location anymore.
The staff seems to always be joking around and laughing with each other to the point where I as a customer feel I'm not welcome and that I'm somehow intruding on their conversation. Funny enough the food quality in my experience has been better when only one or two people are working the store during a rush.
About 3/4 of my visits the coffee is brewed good. About 1/5 of my visits the food is passable.
I've never been to a fast food location with this level of food inconsistency. One day my order will be under cooked, the next I could have a whole sandwich missing. Today even, my order was two sausage egg and cheese sandwiches, sausage is the first item listed on the receipt and on the bag, but somehow one of these sandwiches came to me with no sausage.
Hell I've even ordered a macchiato once and received a god damn iced coffee with cream and sugar. If its possible for this crew to mess up your order, they will do it.
This location has my sympathy no more. Whomever manages and trains this staff at this location should be ashamed...

I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts and was extremely dissatisfied with the service and attitude of the staff member, Armani. From the moment I approached the speaker, Armani's demeanor was unwelcoming, and his response to every inquiry was a curt "aight."
After ordering a coffee, I found it frustrating that I had to ask to be served and request a straw for my drink. It seemed like Armani was more interested in avoiding interaction than providing customer service.
When I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked for a refund, I was informed that the manager was not on duty and they were unable to process a refund. Adding to my frustration, I was forced to leave without a product.. I did request a receipt and will be following up with management about this issue.
Overall, this experience at Dunkin' Donuts left a bitter taste in my mouth (and not from the coffee). I hope that management addresses the customer service concerns and trains their staff to prioritize customer satisfaction in the future. Until then, I'm afraid I'll be taking my...
Read moreChild abuse. What else would you call leaving a baby right out in the open and acting like it's normal. How do you think that baby feels? What kind of effect is this trauma going to have on them in future? I am willing to bet the owner does not know that one of their employees is putting her infant child right in the middle of the store out in the open, completely unprotected. When I asked about it the staff acted like it was normal to leave a baby unattended in a public place. I feel sorry for the mother, clearly she has no one to help with child care. Her coworkers are trying to support her but they are enabling child abuse. This is disgusting. The owner needs to step up and help her out. God bless her and her child. Much respect for the mom to actually be working and trying to take care of her child. I am not trying to get the mom in trouble, rather get her boss to help her. My wife and I cried in our car after what we witnessed in your store today. ...
