On a recent Sunday morning, I subjected myself to what can only be described as a breakfast fiasco. The sourdough breakfast sandwich arrived as a sad assembly of eggs, sausage, and cheese slapped between two limp slices of bread—untoasted, of course. It was as if the toaster had taken the day off, much like the staff's attention to detail.

The wake-up wrap was an enigma, bearing no resemblance to its advertised form. It featured candied bacon so hard it could double as a construction material. I half-expected to find a disclaimer warning patrons to keep it away from windows to prevent breakage.

The hash browns? A congealed mass of potato-esque substance, haphazardly crammed into underfilled bags. They resembled something you'd find at the bottom of a deep fryer that's long overdue for cleaning.

As for the coffee, it was a tale of two extremes. One cup was so sweet it could induce a diabetic coma; the other was as bitter and devoid of sweetness as this entire experience. It's as if the concept of moderation is as foreign to this Dunkin' as customer satisfaction.

My fiance and I visit this location frequently as we live just up the street on Philips across from the Walmart. We have visited this location upwards of 10 times in the last 6 months, and every time we order, something is wrong. Between the unprofessional employees, long wait lines, cold food, forgotten food, personal attitudes, dangerously-placed bollards, and minimal care for regular customers, I can honestly say that this place is an utter joke. I have never visited a Dunkin Donuts so clearly mismanaged, until this one. Jacksonville is my home city, a city full of promise and opportunity, but this Dunkin Donuts is stripping us of that title. Making us seem like the new ghetto in one of the nicest areas of town.

We visited for the last time today 04/05/2025. Upon arrival we ordered a large coffee, 1 sandwich, 1 bagel + cup of cream cheese, and 2 hash browns. 4 items total all together. We waiting in a line of 2 people for 10-15 minutes. I could see through the pickup window that one employee behind the counter was sitting on the ground eating food. Another employee, placed my bag of food next to the pick-up window, but only handed me my coffee. I went through the drive thru today and this was my first time at this location. I asked for an iced pumpkin spiced latte and i had to repeat my order 5 times through the drive thru. the lady that took my order and took my payment, very rude vibe about her. I got my drink from what I believe is the shift lead or manager on duty. They didn’t give me whipped cream but i was not going to bother them about that. i pulled away and tried my drink and it was absolutely disgusting. it tasted like straight up milk and had no espresso in it. It tastes like sink water. I pulled back around and told the 1st lady that it tasted like straight up milk and then she gets the 2nd girl and the 2nd girl gives me the NASTIEST look and says “do you even know what espresso is” I’ve gotten this drink every single time it has been in the menu.
