I used to like this location, but customer service has never been this inconsistent. Yesterday, I had a nice young lady take my order inside and she matched my low voice volume, which made me most pleased. Today, I had a very negative experience. The dynamic difference in customer service is like night and day.
A small ounce of sour cream led to the worst customer/human experience I've ever had in Taco Bell. I paid for an additional charge of sour cream which I didn't receive. Mistakes happen and I understand that very well. They tried to charge me again for a separate cup of sour cream. She explained the sour cream was on it but that it was smeared in, but if it was smeared, it would at least look somewhat white with sour cream. I pointed it out to her and requested a small side of sour cream that I can apply myself. Not a big deal: I'm an adult and I figured this would be the quickest, most efficient resolution.
Instead, they made a brand new burrito, which doesn't make sense to waste a perfectly good burrito. I tried to stop her before she walked out of sight and asked again for the sour cream in a cup and that I was in a desperate rush. She dismissed me and insisted to make it "just right" This is an immediate red flag! The staff toyed with me and made me wait longer for something I did not request. They threw away my burrito, made a new, "better" burrito when all I wanted was something separate from the item: a measly, tiny cup of sour cream that would have taken almost no time at all.
I've been a server and worked in food before, but I don't have to work in the food industry to know that they just wasted my time, the other customers' time, company time and company food, all because NO ONE ON THE CLOCK could own up to the fact that a mistake was made. To err is human, but to take responsibility is mature and professional, something that I did not see demonstrated today.
I was dismissed when I brought up a concern and I won't make that mistake again because I refuse to consume Taco Bell from here again. I pity the souls that have to continue dealing business with the rude staff and the ones who meet the nice staff are considerably lucky to be spared such horror.
TL;DR: I never know how the staff will treat me at any given time of day, therefore, I will never return here. If you try and argue that they made an error, they will make you pay for it and call you a liar on your way...

When I got to the window, I paid for my food & checked my bag to make sure everything was in there. Unfortunately my order was wrong. I was given a #2 which is a XXL Grilled Stuffed Burrito, soft taco, & a drink. She took everything back & another girl came to the window. She told me that I said #2 instead of a #6. First of all, I know I said #6 because thats what I always get. Either way if I said #2, it was a mistake & instead of blaming me she should of just fixed my order. I asked her to refund my money because honestly I don't have time to argue over something so simple. Third girl comes to the window and says it would be pointless to refund my money because there is only a 3 cent difference in the price. So I respond, "If it's only a three cent difference, I don't understand why noone offered to fix it." She says because they have to go through her. Excuse me? That's how you talk to your customers? I'm assuming she was the manager on duty. I ask for a refund, again. She gives me cash & leaves the drive thru window open. So as I am counting to make sure she gave me the correct change I hear one of the employees say, "She better give that drink back." Seriously? Your employees have no respect or customer service skills. Please tell me why none of them offered an apology or to correct the mistake???
