This use to be my favorite location to go to but now I don’t think it is no more. I felt not welcomed. I walked in and the dark skin lady with the black shoulder length twists in her head was very rude to me. She didn’t have a pleasant look on her face. I had placed an online order she sat my food on the front counter for it to get cold didn’t bag it until the rest of my order was done. Been sitting on the counter for a while. When she sat the food on the counter one of my waffles was burnt. They put two waffles in one container with the burnt one under it. Thinking I wasn’t gone see it. I asked for another waffle. I don’t know why they put two waffles in one container. Should have been in a separate container. I had two all star meals. Not one. My food wasn’t good at all. I been craving Waffle House for a few days and now that I got it everything was terrible. The customer service and my food. She got no customer service skills. Idk if she the floor manager or not but we might need to switch spots. If a customer tells me one of the waffles is burnt. I would of said I’m sorry mam let me ask them to make you another waffle. She didn’t. She walked off looking stupid. When I asked for two separate bags. She caught a attitude. Instead of saying sure mam I’ll have it in two bags for you. She really ruined my day. I was nice just patiently waiting for my food. The other lady with the red long hair was ok she seemed concerned. Asked me have I been help. Don’t think I’ll be back at this location. I spent almost 50 dollars I shouldn’t of got treated that way. I also was going to tip when I arrive to pick up my order but the rude lady made me change my mind. They asked off rip did I want to take it to go or dine in. I said I’m taking it to go. All the seats was filled anyways. I don’t know when the last time I even came to this location or any one of them .Why y’all don’t Disclose a $4.00 to go fee . We supposed to automatically know this. I felt robbed fr it wasn’t until my order was already done and I ask why was my total payment this high. She tells me I’m paying for butter , spoons , trays , Condiments and other stuff wasn’t my food enough bc I felt robbed on my sandwich as well because it just wasn’t enough for me to get full. Read moreThis one star review is specifically for the cook named Jamie who is extremely rude, has kicked me out of this Waffle House multiple times, and now refuses to cook for me. She is making my waitress cook my food right now as I type this review. Everyone else here is great. Jamie should probably find a job where she doesn't have to interact with customers. I used to come here 1-2 times a week and I never tip below $5 (20% of an average Waffle House order is not even enough to buy a 20oz soda anymore). After Jamie swore at me and yelled at me and told me to never come back (October 2024) I did not return for 4½ months. When I tried to come back, Jamie told me to leave and that i was "banned from here" but every single waitress has told me she does not have the authority to ban me and asked me to please come back. Jamie does not normally work on Mondays so tonight's visit has become surprisingly awkward and unpleasant. Five stars for literally everyone else who works here, negative five stars for Jamie. EDIT TO ADD that Jamie started an argument with me before I could even start eating my food. I was not speaking to her or even looking in her direction and she intentionally provoked me into an argument and I will never return here again, which made her very happy to hear.
