I arrived at 12:12. There was a long line so I opened the app, and placed an order at 12:14. There were 4 people in the drink area waiting for ice. It took 10 more minutes to get ice so the 8 people now waiting could get their drinks. Meanwhile, an employee was sitting by herself at the largest table in the store eating a meal. Several times someone came over from the register and asked her to help, to which she replied "I'm still on my break." What manager of a fast food place lets an employee take a lunch break at the busiest hour of the day? It took be 33 minutes to get my order. (1 sandwich combo) When I left at 12:47 she was still at the table, almost all the drinks were gone out of the machine, including WATER (I wanted Cherry Limeade of course, and the only option was Diet Sparkling). After waiting 15 minutes I asked about my cold sub. I was told by the one employee he was waiting for some bacon to put on top of another person sub that he would get to it next. He stood there doing nothing waiting for the bacon. After he finished that sub he did not get busy doing mine. Almost 10 more minutes another employee yells out my name and just extends the bag out for me to grab without saying sorry for the delay or even a thank you. Yesterday spent $24 on two sandwiches....one was supposed to be fully loaded, only to find out when I got home with my take out it was nothing but meat, cheese and bread. You'd think for that much money they would at least have enough intelligence to get the order right. The employees seemed to be more interested in interactions between each other than focusing on customer service. I see why there's never anyone there. If I had anything to say about it, that nasty mouthed manager would be in the unemployment line. Unbelievably unprofessional.
I think I'll stick with Larry's Giant Subs from now on.
