This is the WORST KFC I have EVER dealt with!!!!! They NEVER have enough of ANYTHING!!! They ALWAYS get our orders wrong & forget some of our food. We have ordered online, gone through the drive thru & walked into the store. It doesnt matter. This store NEVER gets it right! The manager does NOT know what he/she is doing. The staff is confused, mixed up, unprofessional, resentful that you are making them work, they are combative, argumentative, unhelpful, non-caring, disrespectful, & hard to deal with. I agree with others here. This store needs to be Removed or Re-structured(the staff). This staff has NO CLUE about supplying a store, teaching a staff properly, dealing with customers, or how to run a restaurant!!! We have been told that they have NO pot pies, NO DARK MEAT, NO Original recipe, & NO cake the last 8 times(in a row) we have gone there. We NEVER get napkins, straws, or any items we request(butter, honey, ketchup, plates, plastic wear, & other items we ASK for over & over at the window)!!! I have gotten to were I check the order before moving away from the drive thru window. I ALWAYS have to FIGHT over my orders. Last night I was told, immediately upon receiving what they THOUGHT was my order, to "MOVE ON" so they could "DEAL WITH THE NEXT CUSTOMER". We were told this as I was TRYING to tell them my food was ALL WRONG! The Manager & staff got very upset with me because I would NOT go on! We ordered an 8 piece meal, ALL DARK MEAT, ORIGINAL Recipe with an EXTRA SIDE OF GREEN BEANS. We got Crispy, white & dark meat( we SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM NO WHITE MEAT, NO EXTRA CRISPY)NO EXTRA SIDE AT ALL. NO napkins, NO butter, NO plastic wear, non of the items we requested. We were told we HAD TO COME INTO THE LOBBY to get our order corrected. I was told before that they COULD NOT change anything in my order because I had driven away from the drive thru window( I parked & walked into the lobby). So now I don't leave until my ordrr is corrected or I give it back to them. On my previous visit I got so frustrated that I gave them all the food back & asked for a refund!! It's been more than 10 days & Im STILL WAITING for my refund!!!!! I also believe that some of the staff is STEALING MONEY from KFC & ITS CUSTOMERS. Why? Because our orders are ALWAYS a different price, even when our order is THE SAME as a previous order. We have ordered an 8 piece bucket meal ($21.00) & was charged over $35.00. NO, it wasnt a "special" 8 pc bucket meal & NO, we didnt order other items. The price is NEVER THE SAME!!! KFC needs to send somebody in to investigate this store!! LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!! We will NEVER go to this store again!!! We have to drive further to get proper service. This is so WRONG!!! I've NEVER BEEN TREATED SO HORRIBLY BY A RESTAURANT IN MY LIFE!!! I think my family & I are OWED a FREE 8 pc bucket meal once a month FOR A YEAR! After ALL we have gone through with this CHAOTIC KFC store. I WILL be reporting this store to CORPORATE! Our truck didnāt show up, while I appreciate the excuse. It is not the customers issue that you donāt stock properly, and letās not kid, KFC is not busy like Chick-fil-A!!!

My thought; Why 30 minutes ago did you not drop one of the only items you have in stock? Literally there is only chicken tenders, thighs, and wings left.
My words and answers; no itās not ok but I guess I donāt have a choice do I? So, do you want the order? No thank you.
Best waste of now 35 minutes and no food, because Iām not going to complain and then let people prepare my meal.
They wonder why sales are down; stocking improperly, they cannot get cars through the window; inside was closed but had no chicken cooked, poor customer service, and they donāt even act like they care. = there is
LOTS of other and new chicken places. PDQ which translates to People Dedicated to Quality. That is there name! They were built to replace KFC.
Popeyes, Chick-fil-A, Zaxbys, Burger King, McDonalds, PDQ, Wendyās, Culverās and many others.
I understand people have bad days, trucks donāt show up, people are understaffed, and items sell out. however sometimes itās just an excuse to honestly just be dying as a business and truthfully itās a business problem not a customer issue. Will I go back sure in a few months when I actually miss them slightly and Iāll try that new sandwich.
Same experience at Popeyes. They didnāt have a stock a chicken sandwich that everyone wanted to try. They stopped selling it because they were not ready to be busy???
I waited 6 months, tried to elusive sandwich. It was ok. I havenāt been back since.
Many businesses are dying because the employees or businesses are killing themselves. Competition will help new businesses replace them and they are left wondering why canāt we sell this million dollar sandwich. Basic issues. Consistency, speed, stocking, caring, being kind.
Who comes to mind that does these; PDQ, Chick-fil-A, and Culverās They are all newer businesses with updated missions of quality in everything they do, and they consistently accomplish everything.

I donāt think thereās a single aspect of food service that this restaurant could manage to get right. The drive thru line was one of the slowest Iāve ever been in. The restaurant wasnāt even busy whatsoever; there were a whole THREE cars in the drive thru line, including myself. When I finally got to place my order, thereās not just ONE person taking my order like every other restaurant, but it takes literally THREE PEOPLE just to take my order over the drive thru intercom. I told my entire order to the first person who answered, then was greeted by a second voice who I then had to repeat the ENTIRE order to again... literally word for word... thank goodness the manager was the third person to answer, she was the only one who sounded like they knew what they were doing. I finally approach the drive thru window to hand the cashier āInekeā almost exact change. Total was $20.32, handed him $20.35. (OR TRIED TO AT LEAST!!) This kid literally drops both coins on the ground. As a kind gesture, thinking this restaurant had a lot going on I open my drivers door to pick up the quarter he had dropped and handed it back to him. He then proceeds to tell me āYou aināt got 32 cents?ā. Unbelievable that I have to pick up two different coins twice because of an employeeās careless mistake, less than $.10 nonetheless. After finally receiving a bag, still missing a drink and have absolutely NOT ONE LICK OF SAUCE OR SILVERWARE (nor was I asked at any point). I waited a couple minutes until āInekeā came back and said āwhat?ā. I told him I was still missing my large drink . He questioned me, ālarge drink?ā. I said, āyes I ordered a large Pepsiā. Instead of a simple apology or any notion of regard, he commands his employee āget him a large pepsiā and storms off. My experience at this restaurant was bad enough, getting home to find no silverware and no sauce with my $20 worth of chicken and sides was pretty disappointing.
