We stayed at the hotel and got a menu from Vino’s, we ordered wings (wings looked like they had been sitting there for hours and were dry and very small) and a salad, were told on the phone it is $21 and change. When the guy brought the food he told us $31 and change, I told him it was $21 and he stated it was $31, (the receipt you can tell the 2 was changed to a 3), since we were on another call my husband gave the money and added tip and just told the guy to go since I was not able deal with that issue at the time. After getting of my call, I called the restaurant and nobody answered the phone. We tried again and no answer. I told my daughter and she called again the next day and no answer. We called again 2 days later and finally got someone to answer and asked for a manager. We were informed that the manager was not in and would call us back that evening, of course no call back. We called again today and a person answered “hello” since it seemed that I might have dialed the wrong number I asked if this was the pizza place. He stated yes and and what I wanted. I told him I would like to speak with the manager and he stated “why”. I told him we had a complaint and I wanted to talk to the manager. He told me it was him. I tried to explain the issues and he continues to speak over me. He stated that the order was never $21.00 and I should have checked the website for prices, I told him he should update the menus he gives to the hotel and he told me he does not need to the website has the correct price. I told him you can see in the receipt that the number was changed but he continued talking over me. I had to tell him several times that he needed to listed so I could get a word in. He continued being rude so I told him that we told the hotel not to give out his menu and he just hung up. I would never recommend anyone to go there, worst customer service and...
Read moreThe baby was napping and I decided to order a pizza for myself and oldest two children since we were running low on groceries. We hadn't tried Vinos yet, but live nearby and I wanted to support the small business vs. getting a predictable pizza from Pizza Hut/ Dominos. I placed an order online for delivery at 11:53. At 12:55, white two hungry and whiny little ones begging for their lunch, I called the restaurant to inquire about the pizza. At first, he couldn't find a record of the order. When I told him I ordered online using the service linked to their website, Slice, he looked again and said he saw the order. He apologized that it was taking so long, but the pizza was out for delivery and would be there soon. He said "I would send you a free dessert or something, but the driver already left, so umm I can't do that. Sorry." I was told the pizza would be arriving soon. At 1:29, the pizza arrived, steaming hot. It was obvious that the pizza was not out for delivery when I called 34 minutes prior and that the order was just forgotten about and he lied to cover. He lied and did nothing to apologize for such poor service. As far as the pizza is concerned? I asked for it to be crispy, and it was undercooked and incredibly greasy, but clearly very hot and fresh out of the oven. If he were honest over the phone that the pizza wasn't ready and apologized for his mistake, I would've been much more understanding. Mistakes happen. But to lie and admit that he wasn't willing to do anything to apologize for the delay was pretty crappy. At the very least, I wish he were honest so I could've cancelled the order so that I could make my hungry kids PB&J's and move on. But we wasted over an hour and a half waiting on one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. I could barely...
Read moreLet me tell you I've had good experiences before in the past with this restaurant but last night really really with very disappointing I called and asked the place in order they told me to be delivered within 30 to 45 minutes and that it was slow and hour goes by and I called back the find out maybe the guy got lost for delivery but no the girl tells me to the driver hasn't even showed up yet then I asked to speak to the owner or who was in charge and she said I'll put him on the phone. I asked who it was and said he was the manager. I proceeded to ask what's going on with my food he said it's still cooking and the drivers not there and wouldn't tell me the owner's name I repeatedly asked what his name was but barely can understand to his accent. I felt at this point I was getting nowhere with him so I asked to speak with the girl again I asked her who was that I was speaking to, and she said he was the owner. This is really the worst customer experience of ever had from someone who's running establishment. I work in this industry is a general manager and now have never come across anything to this degree so finally the driver shows up my food is sent out it's an hour and 45 minutes before I get it and he told me going it take $3 off the bill which he thought that was the best thing he could do for me. The driver gets to the door and still the full price at this point. What really matters is that people should understand and know what kind of establishment this is and that I will never ever order food from here again and I strongly suggest you don't either. I feel really bed from the girl that was working the phone that she has to work in such a dysfunctional establishment and she handed or sell very well through this experience. Thank...
