Five Guys — Restaurant in Jacksonville

The people are awesome, restaruant was clean, aside from the insane price of a burger that is very similar to steak and shake we only had one issue with our visit. The reason I say insane the prices they are charging is what other similar places charge for a meal but its just the burger here. $11+ for a double bacon cheese burger with no fries or drink is outrageous. They have those coke machines with the touch screens. Not only were most of the products in the machines out but the ones that were available were were mostly carbonation water and flavorings, not really any syrup at all. For my wife, my 3 year old son, and myself our bill for our sandwiches, 2 little fries, and 2 drinks was more than $40. If I am going to pay that much for basically fast food everything had better be spot on. No issues with drink...

First time going here. Parking was a little hard to find as well. I'm not sure if the bathrooms were clean or not. I didn't use the bathroom. Food food is good, and they have different selections as well. I decided to order a double cheese burger with grilled mushrooms. That was good but a little greasy. I had an order of regular fries and didn't realize the quantity of the regular fries. The regular fries feeds two peoples and they are very greasy. Unfortunately, they put my order in one bag. So by the time I got home, the paper bag they put my order in was greasy. Also, prices for many items are a little steep. I ended up paying almost $30 for a double cheeseburger, medium fries, and a drink. I believe a combo meal shouldn't be that high priced. I may come back...

First off, the resteraunt was very clean and neat like most other five guys. We were greeted with a smile and our order was taken as soon as we were ready. It took a few minutes but we got our food very hot and very fresh.

We ordered a large fry and they must have dumped enough fries top fill another large Fry in the bag over our burgers. We could barely get to the burgers with all the fries covering them. This is not a complaint, I LOVE the amount five guys gives you for the price.

The taste of this food was astronomical as usual. Again, food all very hot. The burgers were delicious, the fries were perfectly seasoned and crispy on the outside but soft on the inside.
