I really wish I could give zero stars. I had a beautiful sapphire engagement ring custom made for me and just needed to get it sized. My jeweler told me to be super careful who I chose because colored gemstones are more difficult to work with. I found this place and based on their reviews decided it should be fine. I even called and asked if they had experience with gemstones and they assured me. So I take it in. Was not greeted. Instead I walked in on a man on his cell phone and told to hold on. Lol ok. So they literally shove two sizes on my fingers before they rushed me out. I was so beyond excited to get this ring back. It meant the world to me. So my fiancé goes to pick it up once they call and say it’s ready. Once I see the ring I immediately notice that there is a diamond missing???????? Are you kidding me??? I’m livid and freaking out obviously. How could they send a ring out like that? Did they even look at my ring? So I take it back up there. He says hmmm well these diamonds are so small I promise it will happen again. Ok????? NOT THE DAY I GET MY RING!!! and you, a supposed professional just gave me my ring with a diamond missing. You can’t justify that. So he says no worries we will get it fixed and I won’t ever charge you. !!!!!!!!!!! Don’t act like your doing me a favor. You did this to my engagement ring!!!! Ugh. I ask if he can expedite the repair obviously I wanted my ring. He says oh I’ll see what I can do.... okay. I go pick it up the next day. It looks okay. I can tell there were repairs made to the ring. But at this point I don’t want them anywhere near it. THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO OFFER ME A FREE ICE CREAM CONE FOR MY TROUBLES. They didn’t even refund me for the sizing that they totally screwed up. lol. I was shocked. And because I was rushed out when they sized me- the ring was still too big. Are you serious??? They basically ruined all the excitement around my ring... the day I got it I spent crying instead of being elated with happiness. I can only believe that most of the reviews on here must be fake... please avoid this place or use extreme caution. I seriously wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. I have now had the ring repaired by my jeweler and will NEVER trust one of the shady shopping mall places again....

As soon as you enter this place, it's like walking in a diamond wonderland rather than your typical pushy retail environment. There was no pressure to buy at all! Just helpful friendly faces and a large, quality selection of jewelry to choose from. I wasn't making a major purchase, but they made me feel like I was as valued a customer as if I had spent big bucks.

The team at Deerwood Jewelers went above and beyond to help me with an heirloom ring that I brought in for evaluation. I stopped in to discuss appraisal services, and they had the best price and fastest turn around of all the shops I called and visited. They were honest and told me I didn't need a full appraisal for what I was doing and they did a quick evaluation of my piece instead (which saved me money). I got all the info I needed on my ring quickly and in detail. They answered all of my questions with a pleasant and happy-to-help demeanor.

I see why they have a 5 star rating and so many positive reviews. The entire time I was there, people were walking in the door and every one of them was greeted by the staff by their name. This tells me people are coming back, and repeat customers are a testimony to the type of service this...
