Went to pick up an UberEats order from this location. The customer requested a shot of lemonade to be added to her drink because the app wouldnât allow her to request it. When I ask the guy in Starbucks to do it, he was very rude about it and told me he wasnât able to change the order. I explained that the order wasnât being changed, lemonade just needed to be added to the drink already on the order. He kept complaining. I told him I will just take the order as is and let the customer know, but he wouldnât let me take the order. He then moved the bag from the delivery order area and put it on his side by the register. He broke the seal and started going through the items in the bag. He continued to be rude about not being able to change the order or make a new drink. I reached to grab the bag so I could just leave and he GRABBED MY WRIST. I was so shook that I snatched my hand away, hitting and scraping my wrist on their plexiglas barrier. I raised my voice at him saying not to touch me. He raised his voice back at me about the issue about me asking to change the order. I started backing away yelling not to touch me and that all I wanted to do was take the order as is since he was making a big deal about changing it. All the other employees didnât even cut in, they just continued to do their work. I reported him to Starbucks Customer Service but the manner that I got from the representative, I donât think theyâre going to do anything about it. I reported this location to Uber. Hopefully they discontinue their collab with this location and with all Starbucks. I can no longer support a company that supports physically aggressive employees.

   Read moreI recently deleted another review I just posted. I don't wanna harm the business. This is a revised short review. But what I can say, is if you order mobile for this location, double-check cup sizes on the mobile app. I ordered a venti cafe mocha on this Sunday mobile and got a grande size one in a half-full venti cup. It is like pouring a 70% full grande cup coffee size into a venti cup and when I got the coffee, the cup was half full. do double-check cup sizes on the mobile app to make sure select the right cup size and not the grande size in a venti cup.
On the other side, I am not sure if it's the store or company, but cup sizes and amount of coffee seem smaller than in the past. Don't expect a cup full. I am no stranger to this location and have been coming since 2016. It is now a drive-through-only location and has no restrooms, trash cans, or indoor access. I do not buy every day from this location and when I do it's mobile. Maybe twice a week mobile now. But yeah, don't expect any cup size filled to the top, most staff are new compared to a year ago, and new interior staff can see and feel.

I cannot count the number of times, where I desperately needed caffeine, and they are somehow ALWAYS there when I need them. I have ordered some complicated drinks, bc I donât care for cold- foam, etc., and they ALWAYS accommodate! They adjust whatever drink I order, and tweak it to MY taste, and they do this so quickly!! Shout out to HAZEL and WEST! I know Iâll get a wonderful drink every time I go to this location. I like my coffee sweet, but I always add extra shots of Blonde Espresso, and they make it taste wonderfully EVERY TIME, no matter what I order. I was absolutely lost while they remodeled last year. No location Iâve visited comes close to this location. The entire staff remembers me, and that I like sweet coffee, and they always get it rightâPlus they have that awesome nugget ice!
