I feel like Best buy needs to revamp or re-discover the ways of business as far as electronics and just the way that it operates in general. It has become essentially circuit City which went out of business years ago and to be quite honest people have completely forgotten about. The only reason that I even remember it is because my dad used to work at 1:00. other than that I don't see Best buy being around for the next 10 to 15 years. I could be wrong. Everyone there is super nice and helpful but it just seems to be a little run down. it doesn't have the pizzazz that it once had. I think a lot of that has to do with music sales and also online shopping. I think that they have great products and great customer service but I feel as though they are lacking and I can't quite pinpoint what it is. Was going to return it the next day because after we got it home we decided to use another PC we already had and just looking for a monitor which we bought through curbside service as the store was pickups only and couldn't return the PC. We were told we had extended time to return the PC. When they did open the store a few weeks later we returned the PC but they would not return the 109 dollars for the Microsoft product saying we have to go to Microsoft for a refund. Microsoft says that since we paid best buy for it they have to refund my money. So in essence what best buy did was charge me and collect the 109 dollars for the Microsoft product and is keeping the money. Best buy is stealing the 109 dollars.
