I want to start saying that Liz Vera is one of the greatest sellers ever ๐ ๐๐๐๐
The quality of the furtinure is great, I have no complaints about the furniture of the service of the seller at all, she was amazingly professional and very helpful.
Now... my issue is with the delivery process and personnel.
So miscommunication happens, no one is perfect, I had the delivery for Thursday, the delivery manager said Saturday, and Liz took good care of it since I took 2 vacation days since I was closing on the property.
The delivery date came, and one of the deliverymen called and I stated "this is a brand new house, I trully need them to take great care when moving the furniture in" he stated that he has been doing this for "10 years" according to him, so no problem.
He was very polite and professional when he arrived, and so.
After the delivery, I noticed that the frame of the door used to enter the furniture (garage to kitchen door) was scratched, and the weather strip was torn. I reported back to Liz, although it took about a day or two since I was constantly on top of it, the owner of the moving company called. Everything started good but at the moment he started to state he has "17 years of experience" and that it was "impossible" for that to happen, it was the moment I knew he wasn't going to do anything.
He started to mention that he didn't want to get in trouble since the owner of the store was already on top of him and asked what I needed. I LITERALLY, to help him but also want some solutions, just stated that I won't proceed, but asked him to cover the simple weather strip that I bought, and that was it.
Even today, 06/07/2024, I haven't had a reply, a callback or anything from them or the furniture store themselves, nor a follow-up from anyone.
That being said... for those buying, they move the furniture very quickly, BUT ve vigilant when they enter and move the furniture, since it's easy when you are going to pay for thinga or services, but when you want a response or submit a claim... apparently, no one knows...

I was told that everything was in stock and it should be delivered by Monday the 16th or Tuesday the 17th. I was told the delivery guys would call me to schedule the time. It was very important that I could quickly have it delivered. Come Monday I hadnโt heard from anyone and I called the store and was told that the could squeeze me in on Thursday the 19th for delivery. I called Thursday because I needed to know what time and thatโs when I was told that only the ottoman was in stock and the sectional wouldnโt be there until the following Friday, Oct 27th and then they would call to schedule my delivery!!! I was very upset and would have NEVER purchased that couch if I knew it was going to take that long to get. Is called me that evening and I was offe a free cruise for 2 for 4 nights/5 days but I have to pay taxes and port fees. Well I was finally scheduled for delivery on November 2nd between 4-6pm. They finally arrived at 8:30pm!! The two gentleman were very quick and friendly. When I finally received my โfreeโ cruise certificate, in order to activate it, you have to pay $49 and then the taxes and port fees would be $223 per person so my โfreeโ cruise would end up costing me $496 when Iโve already paid $2398 for my sectional, ottoman, and rug!!!! So disappointed in my experience and I would never recommend them when this is how they conduct...

And at the time it was quite a costly purchase so I got a Warranty to cover any problems. The Salesman Assured me that if ANYTHING happened to either, it would be taken care of , even scratches or anything mechanical. Then when my Love seat starts having problems I contact the store . And they are telling me they would take care of my issues. They did not..! Then they told me to contact the warranty company. They said if it was a motor problem they would fix but would not help with any other issues. So I contacted the Manager . The Manager said I needed to tell the Warranty company a lie so they would fix the problem... Very Unprofessional...!! And he said unfortunately they couldn't replace because they don't carry that Sofa and Love Seat anymore. So now I spent Thousands on something that's breaking by the day. The foot rests are broken. The chair back won't go all the way up. The bottom of the seat has sunken in. Buyer Beware...!! It might look good but the service after the sale is HORRIBLE... Basically I was lied to that their warranty would cover these issues and the store Will Not Do Anything..! The Quality is Horrible and Don't get Sucked in by these People that Don't Stand by their Products...!!!! Oh and I got in touch the Better Business Bureau and they aren't even registered. So that should tell you...
