Coming to chick fi la for many people means the convenience of fast food, great quality and a fun family environment. I would like to share with you an unpleasant experience that My family and I had this evening at approximately 8:04 pm. I approach the drive-thru line at this location and placed an order for 2 ice dream cones and 1 chocolate chunk cookie. The cookie and 2 ice dream cones were brought to my car by a drive thru attendant. While the attendant was walking to my car I noticed that her fingers touched both of the ice creams. To confirm this, the ice cream print was on both ice creams and she had ice cream on her fingers. I brought this to her attention and she immediately asked if i wanted another two made. I for sure said yes and she took the ice creams back to the drive-thru station. She gave the ice creams to the manager on duty Mr. Isaac. I watched Mr. Isaac turn around and offer the same ice creams to other customers in line. One customer accepted and other customers continued to decline the offer. When I approached the drive-thru and asked Isaac if he knew why I returned the ice creams, he stated,” because you thought someone touched it.” I replied, if a customer made that complaint/concern( which is true) why would you offer other customers ice cream that was touched by someone else? In addition, they entered my vehicle, were taken to other vehicles- this is completely unsanitary. Not to mention, covid-19 is still very relevant. Finally, Isaac replied, “ well thank you for letting me know.” I was very dismayed at his response and I did not appreciate his poor customer service as well as his unbothered response. As a service professional serving hundreds or more families a day, serving clean food is the utmost importance. I will be reaching out to Mr. Joel Parker about this...
Read moreI would NOT recommend using mobile ordering app or dealing with the female manager. We submitted a mobile order for breakfast this morning, ironically on a day their FB page is promoting mobile orders by giving away a free cookie which was not offered to us. The rest of our large party walked in after us and ordered food at the counter and received their meals while our mobile order status still said processing, so my husband went to the counter to ask about our food. He was told the food was ready and drinks were being fixed and they'd bring it right out to us. Meanwhile two other parties came in and ordered food and left with their order and we still had nothing so I went to the counter this time to collect the food when the female manager asked how she can help. I told her we've been waiting an unusually long time for our mobile order to which she rudly replied by telling me "well you have to tell someone you're here." I explained we'd already let someone know and that their app still says the order is not ready. She rolled her eyes at me and the kind gentleman behind the counter that had originally addressed my husband said he'd bring the food right out. A few moments later the female managed came to our table with the food and again was confrontational telling me I should've let someone know I was there. Now my husband explained (again) that he was told our food was ready when he first approached the counter, etc. The lady shrugged her shoulders and said "well..." and laughed it off. Very unprofessional. The confrontation brought to our table was completely unnecessary when all that was needed was an, "I'm sorry...
Read moreOne of my worst experiences at a singular Chick-fil-A location. I worked at the Chick-fil-A on beach and Hodges for the better part of seven years and I never thought I would be questioned after showing proof my order was made incorrectly. Not only was this my experience, but this is not the first time this specific location has messed up my order. I came back around not long after going through the drive-through and was extremely polite to the gentleman showing him my ticket where the order was printed correctly, but the sandwich was made wrong. I had asked for a spicy with American cheese and received a regular Chick-fil-A sandwich with American cheese instead. Even in the white bag. Whoever it was, I believe a manager, was very polite and called it over the walkie that I should receive my proper sandwich. I pulled back around and waited in line for 5 to 10 extra minutes. All the while even dealing with people honking at me which was so embarrassing. I was greeted by the same girl who gave me my order previously asking if I was someone else, and I let her know that I was waiting on my remake. She said she knew nothing of it, and when I proceeded to show her my incorrect sandwich she told me it looks correct and that would I mind trying it for a second just to make sure, basically refusing to get me the sandwich I ordered and paid for. The fact that I was nothing but calm and polite and still received this kind of service and was even questioned like that is ridiculous to me. I’ll definitely not be coming back for that free sandwich in the next month LOL but definitely let the...
