I WISH I could give them ZERO stars, but it won't give me the option to post it without at least one!!! There was a very short period of time in which this specific store cleaned up their act. They are back to being terrible. I purchased their new Crazy Puffs two weeks ago using the app. I watched my order process through the process making it, putting in the oven, removing and boxing, then was notified it was ready, but to pick it up at the counter. This is after getting there early and waiting a full 35-40 mins in the parking lot. I walked into a crowded store and made my way to the counter and was asked what I needed. I explained about the mobile order and the message about picking up at the counter. He said, are you Sean? I said, Yes. He said, we don't have Puffs. I asked what that meant. The order board had them listed and he was wearing a black t-shirt advertising them. He told me they don't have them at this store. I asked why I was able to order them and watch their progress being made all the way through boxing. He just told me they don't have them. I then asked for a refund. He told me they don't get the money from mobile orders and I needed to contact Corporate. He was of no help. I got all of my info together and took screen shots of everything and went to their corporate page. I sent a message providing my order number, name, phone number, store info and all of the info I listed above. I hit send and got a verification it was sent. After a full week, no response. I created another, this time paying attention to the date and took screen shots. Still nothing days later. It's a stupid amount of work for something that only costs $5, but I am so frustrated with this store!! There aren't any others nearby, but I really just need to find another. I just don't think the manager, or owner is aware their employees are this incompetent. I don't see a way to let them know. Read moreI get it, Little Caesars is basically the pizza industries version of Dollar Tree so I am not expecting a 5 star product but the last couple of times I have been to the Old St. Augustine Rd location, I have had the worst pizza ever. The 79 cent econo store brand pizza at Winn Dixie is higher quality than what I've received. The last time I purchased the Extra Most Bestest it was "cooked" very weird. I don't know if there is something wrong with their oven or they are just using really really poor quality dough. The crust was OK but the rest of the dough was so thin and soggy. I went there yesterday around 11:30 AM and again ordered the Extra Most Bestest. They did not have any ready so I waited a good 10 to 15 mins for them to cook one. Since it was cooked "fresh" I did not bother to look at it before leaving. Big mistake!!! When I got home one side of the pizza barely had any cheese or pepperoni on it while the other side had this huge mountain of half cooked cheese and pepperoni. I did not at any point tip the box, drop it, etc. It was level the whole time. Plus it's been cooked. The cheese and toppings should not shift. The dough was again very soggy and appeared half cooked as well. The cheese was almost raw on the mountain side and I have never seen so much grease in all my life from a pizza. I threw it right in the trash. What a waste of $6 and 15 mins. I'm sure the staff is barely making min wage and they really don't care but how can you take that nasty mess out of the oven, cut it, toss it in a box and serve it to me? Would you eat that? If not, why serve it? If you saw the state it was in, why not inform me it didn't cook right and do I want another or something else? I would have settled for a $5 one or the lunch combo. That was my last time ever setting foot in that particular store. If I'm desperate for Little Caesars, I'll try the one on Baymeadows and see if they are any better. If not, I'll pay a dollar or two more and order...
Read moreLittle Caesar's pizza is terrible now, so last night I came and got the two pepperoni pizzas like always, and then the employees didn't even seem to care at all.
One night, we had to wait forever and never got the pizzas as promised, so instead, we got subs at Publix they never got our pizza, so it was a total BUMMER! I honestly don't like their pizza anymore it tastes terrible, and the waiting times, along with the taste and lazy employees that work here, aren't worth the time & effort of going through.
I don't recommend this place EVER again and you're better off going to other pizza joints like Pizza Hut which is right next door to them, or better yet, buying pizza from the grocery store instead. But even that can be just as bad! And $12.88 just for two pizzas?! Ouch...

Update: their phone number is no longer in service and every time I call to speak to apply to work at Little CC's all I get is "The number you are trying to reach is no longer in service" Wow, so I can't even speak to Sammy to apply to work here either! That makes me remove a star what a garbage place and seriously, now the manager has a kid working here?! It must be National Bring Your Kid to Work Day!!
