Wingstop uses third party apps to deliver their food. I SPECIFICALLY ordered from their website so that I didnāt have to use Uber Eats. Iām tired of my food getting stolen and arriving with items missing. They used DoorDash to deliver my orderš I waited 40 minutes for my order to arrive. The driver finally picked up the order and then canceled my order! She got $60 worth of Wingstop for FREE. Thereās no way for Wingstop to track the drivers and once the driver canceled it I didnāt have any way to contact the driver either.
The good thing is that the Custer service at Wingstop was A1. They remade my food (which may this a 2 hour process & I had to go pick up my food⦠apparently what I shouldāve done from the beginningš) and they compensated me with extra wings. The manager and cashier were super friendly. I appreciated them throughout the process! So no hard feelings for this location specifically, but I have to leave the review so that others are aware.
I contacted DoorDash and they didnāt do anything. Wingstop needs to hire delivery drivers and stop trusting their customers in the hands of scheming DoorDash drivers.

She wanted to proceed to explain why she was right about the previously burnt chicken when all I was looking for at this point was a refund. When asked why she was so upset about my request, she stated "because I've been here 7 hrs". I was given a refund but unfortunately for this company, seems this franchise may be costing them product and customers! Me and some friends placed a very basic order for wings all together and we ended up waiting well over 30 minutes - probably closer to 45 in all honesty. We saw countless people order and receive their food prior to ours.
