Time of service: 1pm on 11 December- I honestly don't even know why I continue to bother coming to this location. It's sad because this is our neighborhood Starbucks and they have atrocious customer service. Don't even bother putting in a mobile order here for convenience because you will still wait at least 30 minutes. I stopped doing that and I come when I'm not in a hurry. There are maybe 1-2 people at this location that's somewhat nice. I could already tell the store was busy because of the drive thru with the line around the store. Decided to go inside only to be met with not so great customer service- what a surprise!! There were two baristas at the front that saw me walk in. There was tall girl with a wrap around her head putting pastries together and walked passed me numerous times without saying a word. A blonde guy came from the back and same thing- not one word. The female barista by the drive thru didn't say a word either. Then the tall girl and the other female barista gave this look to one another like they were clearly annoyed and then giggled. You can tell everyone behind that counter was absolutely miserable! I waited for a good 10 minutes until the tall girl finally said "I'll be right with you", then walked off to get ice. The whole time I was there not one person bothered to greet your customers with a hello or say "someone will be right with you." Then when the tall girl returned to grab ice she stands in front of the register without saying a word and just looks at me. I suppose she's ready for my order. Made my order and waited for another 15 minutes for my drink to be ready. I understand busy and I get hectic. I worked for Starbucks for almost 8 years before but I think in customer service you should still be able to greet someone with a simple hello. Your bad mood shouldn't be felt by the customers walking in. I knew it was a mistake coming here and I should have known better. It's a shame that they have these guys representing Starbucks who typically pride themselves in customer service. Something...
Read moreUPDATE 7/14/23 I came to this location today because my favorite location was sold out of my fav drink, the shaken brown sugar espresso…they handed it to me and it was clearly made incorrectly, I can always tell just by looking at it, the espresso and syrup should ALWAYS pool at the bottom of a correctly made shaken espresso 💯. They remade it and when they handed me the new drink it looked like a macchiato, with the espresso pooled at the top of the drink. PROPERLY TRAIN YOUR BARISTAS! I’m sure you don’t want to have to remake drinks, it’s annoying I KNOW! But today I was THAT customer who left utterly annoyed and unsatisfied…a properly trained barista will understand that the quality and taste of a drink changes depending on how it’s crafted. unfortunately this is why I stopped coming to this location long ago!
TERRIBLE WAIT TIMES!!! As a former Barista who always worked the SB dive through, I am EMBARRASSED that they can’t get drinks made and out the door in a decent time. Clearly horrible management and scheduling. I try to avoid this location at all costs unless I have an hour of time to waste waiting for the slowest service...
Read moreI love Starbucks, but the employees they hired for the evening shift always make my drink wrong. Honestly, I order the same drink everyday, 3 times each day...the morning crew used to get it wrong everyday, but they've gotten to know me and my order, so that's improved. As of today, I'm done giving this location my 24$ a day business. I ordered my usual drink, they replaced it 3 times with it being wrong ALL 3 TIMES! The 4th time I had to walk back in and tell them that they made it wrong AGAIN, the young girl that made it just shook her head at the fact I was coming back in a 4th time. At this point, I just asked for a refund. They then explain that the young girl that made it is new. I say that's fine, but she should be trained to make drinks properly, especially if it's been made wrong 3 times or someone should have taken the time to show her what she did wrong, and that she shouldn't shake her head at the customer that just wants their drink made correctly, especially at $6.40 per drink. I will be going to Target for my daily Starbucks...
