First I would like to start with the customer service which is probably the worst I’ve seen in a while and I hate to say it because I love Jersey Mike’s been going to Jersey Mike’s I don’t know for how long in my life this is my second time to this one here first time I went order a ham and cheese sandwich to go they honestly put one piece of ham in my sandwich so I figured I’ll go in the next day personally I go into the store the following day I wanted to ask how much portion do they normally put on a ham and cheese sandwich because to my experience they usually put more than one piece of ham on your sandwich but I couldn’t even do that because I get no acknowledgment whatsoever there’s three people behind the counter none of them said good afternoon no one was able to even ask have you been help yet instead I get dirty looks one person came out the back chewing food to the front counter which I have worked in kitchens before and that’s unacceptable specially while you got food laying in front of you overall it was a bad experience not only with the portion of the meat I feel like that could be fixed but attitude and Customer service need to be addressed whoever manages the store please do something about it cause you’re giving Jersey Mike’s a bad name and that is not Jersey Mike’s I remember walking into Jersey Mike’s and as soon as that door opens they are greeting you welcome you and happy to serve you this location has none of that...
Read moreI came from an era in time were the paying customer is always right so when I bring my business to a sub sandwich restaurants my understanding is that I am afforded the privilege and honor of selecting my sandwich from beginning to end. So I walked up to the counter and give the young lady my order and requested that she choose my bread from the center to ensure freshness. She replied that all our bread is fresh. Now, if you're like me and have gotten home and bitten into your sandwich and found that the bread is stale, it's probably too late to take it back. Anyway, I replied back to her by saying ma'am I'm not asking you to slaughter a small animal and make a sacrifice to the gods, I'm just asking you to get my bread from the middle. Attitudes swam deeply from employee to employee. When the second guy got my sandwich to dress it with all the trimmings, he suddenly lost all concept of the English language. Read moreUsually when I come in it’s quick and easy with friendly faces to greet me and say goodbye. This evening I went in there for a pickup order that was supposed to be ready @ 7:57 and didn’t leave until 8:30🤬🤬. The ladies working this evening were not rude but their service was terrible. I watched at least 3 people that walked in after me pick up orders and leave before me. Perhaps they were short staffed and just didn’t have the help to offer speedy services, cool. They didn’t offer me a drink or a bag of chips or a cookie. They didn’t even say we apologize for the hold up, they looked like they hated their jobs and lives but I don’t give a crap. Especially not after spending upwards of 30 bucks for two sandwiches that were preordered. Jersey mikes has been one of my favorite sandwich shops in the past, but considering the fact that this location is my closest, it will probably be a good while before I visit them again.
