The Pollo guisado was okay, not the best that I’ve had but not the worst. They only had white rice and black beans as a side option no arroz con gandules or arroz congri.

Beef Empanada standard, not bursting with flavor but not bland either.

For this part of Jacksonville, the prices are a surprise and on par with what I paid in Miami. Also, no matter how much food you order - example $100 of food if you pay with a credit card theres a fee. A lot of Chinese restaurants in San Francisco only take cash or like a few in Washington D.C. they will charge a credit card fee if your order is below $10 with a credit card. But at Latinos Taste no matter what there's a credit card fee. I don't think i've seen that before...
