They are very rude and slow at this location (Blanding Blvd. near Collins Rd.)! The drive-thru line is always backed up with many cars (especially at night up to 4 am), and moves at a snail's pace. I stopped going to this location years ago. I always decline DoorDash orders for this location, but decided to take one around 3 am this morning trying to make some money for my birthday today. Finally, when I got to the speaker in the outside lane, the employee said "Hold please." I waited several minutes for her to come back. I said "Hello?" and got no response for a few more minutes. I told her that I was picking up a DoorDash order. She said, "Pull to the 2nd window." The young guy at the window kept asking me for the last 3 digits of the order. He kept repeating the wrong numbers on purpose, then said he was just playing. He told me to pull to the 3rd window. I waited over 30 minutes for the very rude female (looks to be in her late 50s/early 60s), to tell me they are cleaning the McCafe drinks machine and "it will be ready in a lil bit". I waited at least another 20 minutes, and noticed the whole drive-thru line had cleared. Then, I drove back around to the speaker for the girl to tell me they are closed, (it was after 4 am at that time). I told her that I was still waiting for the order. The low class female that I mentioned earlier was shouting at me through the speaker (in the background) like she was talking to someone on the street. The younger female said, "She can hear you." Then, she told me the order is ready. She could barely hear me due to the out of control female yelling. The rude female was still shouting as I was pulling up to the window. Pure trash! She is probably only qualified to work at McDonald's. Very, very, very unprofessional! As other people have stated, they will not answer the phone no matter how many times you call. I won't even go back for a $1 drink. I will not let that fool or any of them ruin my birthday. They deserve negative stars! Look at all the bad reviews with similar complaints. They need to start from scratch with a whole new staff and management. The ones giving excellent reviews...

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your 7784 Blanding Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32244 location. My recent experience has left me frustrated and disappointed, prompting me to reach out to corporate.
During my visit, I ordered kids' meals for my children, only to receive a burger that were completely unwrapped, without any fries or juice boxes included. This lack of attention to detail is unacceptable, especially when catering to young customers.
When I called the store to address this issue, I was advised to return with my receipt to have the meals remade. Upon my return, I spoke with an employee named Adam, who informed me that replacements could only be issued during the day shift, which was not communicated to me initially.
The following day, I called again and spoke with Tasha, who displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and courtesy. Her attitude was dismissive and rude, further adding to my frustration.
I am requesting a full refund for the unsatisfactory service and the incomplete order. It is disheartening to feel that customer complaints are not taken seriously, and that staff members are allowed to treat customers in such a disrespectful manner.
Due to this experience, I will not be spending any money at another McDonald's establishment and will share my experience with others as a warning. I hope you take this complaint seriously and address the issues at this location.

Today Wawa was out of coffe, was dreading come in here because I knew I would receive a nasty treatment from the employees. Places an order from a very nice girl that just started working there, everything was fine until I received my coffee and it was too sweet. I asked to either add more coffe or remake it, very respectfully. A women with glasses on, with braids, about 5’3 laughed straight it my face whne I asked her that. She called the manager herself to tell her how I’m annoying her and tried to tell her that I was the bad one. Than she started asking the girl that took my order of what I was saying was true and I said why don’t you ask the people that are standing right next to me. She walked away because she knew that these people were in shock what they just witnessed and said that it’s not how you treat customers. She obviously has no respect for the manager because she continued acting like she owns the place right in front of her, she does not value nor respect the place of business that she works at and based on her behavior she thinks that she owns the place and will never get fired. On the other hand someone that owns a business would not treat their customers like they are replaceable. I would be very unhappy to find out that an employee that I have a job to treats my customers like that, customers that make my business run. I work in the area and I will never come back here again. I hope that Wawa will not run our of coffee again. Hopefully an owner or this location will read this review and change the kind of respect his employees show...
