McDonald's — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I was just there to pick up an order for someone and that was the worst experience the most unprofessional people I have ever come across to young girls standing there gossiping back-and-forth about stuff that has nothing to do with work foul language not paying attention to orders that need to be made man drew comes out apparently has no control over what's going on out front the workers continue to stand there and talk and play on their phones after being told to get to work hopefully it's just a morning thing and not an all day long thing. Let me go ahead and add some more complaints to this review was just in this McDonald's with my family around 10 o'clock Thursday October 11th upon entering the building The manager by the name Jeff and a few other employees were standing outside the restaurant right in front of the door smoking weed could smell it plain as day go inside place in order good 15 minutes go by no food brought to my table approached the young man behind the counter name was Seth tell him to make my order togo because we waited long enough. Waited another 5 to 10 minutes finally the manager Jeff behind the counter clearly high as a kite intoxicated should not be running the store is coming out with my food on a tray tell him it supposed to be to go he gets rude with me starts to put the food in a bag. container of French fries spill out on a tray should have been replaced with a fresh fry no he picked the tray up dumps fries in the bag hands me the bag of food won't even look at me or make eye contact and hands me the bag turns around his back to me tell him I need my drinks 2 mediums 1 large his hands me 3 large cups here you go sir have a good day very rudely though. I need the owner of the store to reach out to me through this Google review is this problem needs to be resolved I expect something to be done with Jeff and Seth starting with drug test because they were clearly high clearly rude I did not catch name of the young man that was polite with us that we were talking to but I could point him out in the restaurant he witnessed everything Management can contact me or should I say owner can contact me or we can make this a media issue and get the news involved and turn it into...

I can't express enough how I don't recommend this Mcdonald's to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. My main complaint is the customer service from one of the managers that work there. I ordered 2 #7's with two drinks and two large fries and a 10-piece nugget, and when I checked the bag there was only one # 7 and no chicken nuggets in there. Me and my friend said "Eh it's whatever we'll just share the burger," At this point, I just want my correct order, and that's all. Me and my friend go back through the drive-thru to explain the situation with my receipt and the manager rudely tells us to drive to the front, about 10 minutes later comes back and checks the cameras, and tells us we have the correct order and that he's been working at McDonald's since 2013 and we aren't about to "get one on him" A MANAGER SINCE 2013 AND YOU STILL CANT GET AN ORDER RIGHT is my first thought but I calmed down and thought that I might as well enjoy the one burger I got, But as I opened the wrapper I saw there was a fish fillet inside instead of a regular cheeseburger, this is when I know I need to fight this battle. So I go inside to get it resolved and the manager first tries to tell me to go away until I show him the fish fillet and my receipt. At this point someone over him is involved and he at least had a couple of brain cells left from flipping patties all day and my order is resolved. From this to my friend getting food poisoning from a mcdouble, at this same location and then locking the doors to the inside just to avoid more work. This is by far the worst McDonald's on beach and I'd recommend you go farther down in either direction for better service.

(edit: I forgot to mention that when they gave me my correct order back with the 10-piece nugget they tried to give me an empty 10-piece nugget box...YOU CANT...

Very Disppointed and Bad horrible service and food!! First pulled up to drive-through lady says wait a minute than after several minutes and nothing I had to ask for if anyone was there. Tried to order mcrib extra onion and picked and 10 piece nugget meal. 1st window confirmed order and paid. Than waited easily 15 mins not moving. Finally pulled to the 2nd window and it was massive confusion. They looked at our bag several times for like 2 minutes checking things and waiting to give mcrib extra onions and pickles, 10 piece nugget, 2 large fries and 2 large drinks. We checked our drink to confirm correct and not flat both checked fine in the mean time. They finally gave our bag and we pulled off checked our bag and found 2 large fries which where fresh than found a bacon cheeseburger and mcrib no 10 piece. Walked inside and seen one cashier several people in line a mess behind the counter. Asked manger about nuggets with receipt in hand finally got 10 piece. Walked outside got in the vehicle and a manger was walking g up. I told her about the situation and she took my recpit in and said wait a minute.. we waited 5mins and Drove home thinking the mcrib was fine and once I opened it up no extra onions pickles or sauce which I was charge .30 for. Very disappointed with the food...
