Let me just start by saying this was the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. First I ordered online when I was 10 minutes away so they had plenty of time to prepare the order. When I got there only one person was ahead of me so I was expecting it to not take that long. But as soon as I told them my name and pulled up to the window, the one car ahead of me sat there for a while. After waiting a period of time I stopped checking my phone and stared at the car only for it to leave a couple minutes later without even communicating with the window again, I realized later this was probably because they were double checking their food due to a previous bad experience. Since as soon as they pulled away and I pulled up and was given my order, I pulled off immediately before realizing they only gave me 3 out of 5 items. I turned around and went back through the drive through. They made me unwrap all 3 items to figure out which two I was missing. Than made me pull off to the online parking spots and after 5 minutes came out with two burritos. I tried to eat one on the way home but realized they were still frozen but figured at least now I had all my food. When I got home I tried to eat one of the burritos that was supposed to be rice and cheese and it tasted spicy???? Than when I ate the two frozen ones I realized they weren’t even the right ones I ordered and told them I was missing. And now realize since they knew exactly what I wanted and made me wait, they knew they gave me the wrong two and I wouldn’t figure it out until I was gone and could heat them up. I would recommend replacing current management and retraining or replacing the current workers because I would give this place 0 stars if I could for their very poor service and am considering reporting...
Read moreWe(my husband and I) walked into this tacobell at about 10:50 am today. We ordered the two quesadilla box meals and sat down. A kind gentleman gave us some extra tacos from his meal as he wanted to pay it forward for a previous action of another kind soul. We were munching on these very small burritos we realized that it had been about 20 minutes and our name, or order number wasn't announced. I went up to the counter to ask them what was going on. They said they already made our order and pointed to our table with the bag of the cheap 1$ burritos and accused me of lying. I brought it over to her and told her that it was given to us, and that there are no wrappers for the order we made in the bag. The quesadilla has a distinct bag.
She still wouldn't listen, so I told them to check the security cameras if they wanted to, I have nothing to hide. She walked away in a huff, told us off for letting another customer take our order, and then proceeded to yell at the employees for no reason. Every time they made something she would walk over to the items, and if anything seemed wrong, she would yell even more adding to the tension. The regular employees were working their best, and tried to help us out. They were very understanding.
Over all we waited 40 minutes from when we ordered to when we received any food. During that time I was yipped at, accused of lying, and blamed for another customers actions by that manager. I will not go back to that location. It was one of the worst experiences I have had in the fast...
Read moreI don’t like to say this but wow if I could give it 0 or negative stars I sure would!! We placed an online order of two craving boxes and I was placing another order with it through the drive through and as I was placing it they told us our order was too big to come inside. So we canceled the other order and said we prefer to just get our food through the drive through. Antoine the “manager” was soooo rude to use and told us to go inside because mobile orders should be picked up inside 🙄. We asked if it was ok we would prefer to stay in our car, he told us to move forward this whole thing with a really rude attitude. We told him to just cancel our order because he was being so rude. He told us to move forward and that he has nothing to do with online orders, we said we are trying to cancel the order that no one was behind us. His response was that he has asked us 3 times to move and he was calling the police!!! We were shocked at the treatment we received at this Taco Bell all because they wanted us off their drive through as fast as possible, they said 2 craving boxes was a large order!!!! We went in trying to get them to cancel our order or give us our money back and he once again said he had nothing to do with online orders and refused to help us. Now I have no food or my money I have to go and put a complain with my credit card!!! I just can’t believe how this manager treated us I really am...
