McDonald's — Restaurant in Jacksonville

It only took 1/2 hour to get food today. And no misbehavior by employees.

They change more than other McDonald's for food, and 98% of the time, get your orders wrong, and by the time you get it resolved, your food is cold.

It's a shame.

1 employee will tell you that they can not do something that you have done for months on end, and the next will say yes.

They ofren times give no recipient to you. And if you ask for a receipt, you get a bad employee attitude.

Drinks are the wrong size or flavor, and OMG, if you ask for extra ketchup or mayo, it's like they lose their minds.

We have ordered 5 large fries and got 4 ketchup packs, not even 1 per fry. If you ask for enough to have merely 2 per order of frys, it seems employees have a meltdown

Even when you offer to pay extra for honey mustard, they blow their top.

Anything that is not specifically scripted for them creates a nightmare.

They have bad attitudes and make you feel unwanted and like you are a burden.

Several families have made a change to go elsewhere other than McDonald's, and more and more are doing so.

We have given up on them a good while back.

I would say most of the people who have quit them were spending 25 to 40 each trip x 5 times a week..x 100 families.

So say 30 dollars average x 5 times a week comes up to 150 dollars x 100 families 15K a week or 60k a month or 720K yearly.

Thars nothing to sneeze at ..720, 000 dollars loss due to bad employees. I try not to judge people's appearance. However, when people are handling my food with tattoos, ear rings in their noses. lips, tongue, eye brows, several in the ears, wild colored hair I really get concerned about their personal hygiene habits and when they blow their noses and or twist their hair and handle the food I get grossed out. Other local fast food locations don't have this issue, just McDonald's. So something is out of wack with this owner.

The point is they lose at least this amount or more.

Remember, I only know about these families. So, more than likely, it's many x this number.

So they easily lose a million plus over bad actions, conduct, and behavior. Of their staff. This includes managers.

Other local fast food vendors are most happy to have the extra business.

I have talked to other food establishments, and they have told me that at one time, McDonald's Jacksonville was really good. However, in the last several years, it's gone to crap. And it makes no cents at all.

They have seen their business make more money 💰 because of it. So they have no complaints.

In fact the few good employees leave McDonald's and go to work for them and have told them horror stories about the people who run it and bad food preparation and it's not safe and they stay away from their and won't let their own...

Very rude very long wait manager talked to me very Rudley because they want to put everyone in a parking spot to wait on food this is not fast food if I wanted to eat inside I would have parked and went inside the manager had a very bad attitude and then told me that she had the right to refuse service to me just because I didn't want to pull and wait in another parking spot when everything was already full, slow down and make quality not quantity burgers and lose the attitude, and you may Get better at your job. Your supposed to lead by example. And refusing service just because you don't get your way might end up in a longer wait while refunding my money .No one likes to have to wait 15 minutes for a cold burger. I've been to your store many times and every time I pull over play Parking spot. Have to wait 15 minutes for a Barker, and it's cold. Most of the time, the order's not right. So no, I'm not getting out of my truck to come back in to correct the order. Because you all drop off the wrong stuff and it'd be cold. Thank you...

UPDATE BELOW ORIGINAL REVUEW AND ITS EVEN WORSE!! They ALWAYS get my order wrong. It is always rang up correctly but the ones who make the burgers disregard the slips that print up in back that tells the employee KETCHUP ONLY. If this happened once, fine... Twice, ok now... But this has happened at least seven times!! Come on now, ATTENTION TO DETAIL guys. It's not rocket science 😑 Well, just got back from McDonald's and today my son got a hair in his Happy Meal fries!! Wth..Your employees need to wear hairnet on head and facial hair, as well!! This is unacceptable!! I am reporting you to the Health Department which My sister happens to be Director of in Cherokee County!! Get good management or something because every single order I place has something messed up about it! No other McDonald's in town so we are stuck with the poor quality of the Jacksonville Texas McDonald's. Maybe your Dustrict Manager needs to step in and fix the many issues of your restaurant.
