They are only accepting cash at this time, thankfully they are providing a atm in the store. The lighting is very dim even in the middle of the day it was hard to see in the restaurant.
*If you wear glasses bring a light to view the menu.
The table I sat at was clean and stocked with utensils and condiments.
The food was lackluster, the peanut sauce for the sticky spring rolls was watery, noticeable because it lessened the flavor. The fried tofu app was very oily and unevenly cooked some soft others more fried. The plum sauce was more like a hot plum oil. I dabbed the oil on the tofu off and used the hoisin and some soy sauce instead of the strange near flavorless plum sauce.
(Note) Apps dont need to be exemplary but they need to stand alone and both had a shortcoming that hurt the flavor.
A rice noodle salad is a fragrant dish that is both healthy and appetizing.
The one I received was promising but unfortunate, it missed a few vital components to the light flavor which meant it was rather dull. Even for settling a craving for it, the product was disappointing. It did not have crunchy bean sprouts, or mint. And the carrots were raw not lightly pickled with vinegar which made them more of a bland addition. The special fish sauce was as flavorless as the plum sauce with the fried tofu. There should be a appetizing aromatic flavor with the fish sauce and there was none, the iceberg chopped lettuce wilted far too quickly which made the mixed veggie dish mushy. The cucumber was also sliced and not julienned which made it more like a chef salad with a no flavor dressing.
All in all what makes rice noodle salad great are the right components to even out the texture consistency and a aromatic fish sauce. The rice noodles themselves were good but that was it. The dish is easy to make at home, simple even. So it is disappointing to find it made wrong when really the salad should be the easiest thing...
Read moreMy husband and I usually go here to eat every few months or so because the food and atmosphere and people aren’t too bad. However, today on 08/29/2025 my husband and I had to wait extremely long to get our appetizers and boba tea. We got our Pho first so we were okay with waiting and understood maybe they were just backed up because they were a little busy when we came inside. However, I overheard a customer ask the server who assured my husband and I if they take card, to which he replied No because their internet was down so they would t be able to take that payment and not even Apple Pay or tap since my husband at least tried. Mind you there was no sign outside saying that the card payment was down temporarily and no one even attempted to let us know before we sat down and ordered our food what was going on. Now, I know they have a ATM in their store but that was also empty so customers weren’t able to just grab cash out of that which they also failed to mention. This is inconvenient as not everyone carries around cash now a days. How do you expect people who come alone to step out and grab cash and actually come back? Some people may be upset by this and just leave and never come back and pay for their service. Please consider to work on your communication and server skills becuase this will save you a lot of angry reviews, angry customers, and a lot of people’s time. I had to stay behind with my husband’s food and drink while he went to go grab...
Read moreIt was my first time coming to Pho Le, the people were very nice and I received a menu. I ended up getting a Pho regular brisket with a Taro Boba. They put it in some bags and I brought it home, the broth was hot (which is a good sign) but when I opened the bag it spilled on my pants and the floor. I was a bit panicked so I called back to explain that the styrofoam melted or maybe cracked, they apologized and was kind about the situation, I wasn't upset but surprised since I never been in a situation such as this but accidents happen, and I would come back.
EDIT: I ended up going back later on (a week or two) and got accommodated for the broth that spilled everywhere, and my leg.. I ended up getting a superficial second-degree burn. It left a scar, the broth is very hot, so BE CAREFUL! The doctor was surprised that all I got was a second-degree burn it could've been a third-degree. Would I go back? I don't think so, as nice as they were, and I got accommodated I wouldn't take the risk. I do have pictures of my leg injury, but it does look awful. I don't think it would be a good idea to post it. I would recommend that if you do go here would be to maybe ask for them to double bag or add another Styrofoam cup under the first. Or maybe eat inside...
