I never, ever leave reviews so for me to write one should mean something. Today, I went through the Panda Express Drive Thru (wasn't feeling that great) and realized I left my wallet at home. Asked the person who was working the window if they take Apple Pay, he said "of course". So, I hand over my phone for him to scan my mobile wallet. I heard the sound go through, and then I asked if I could please have some soy sauce. He literally looked at me and went "huh?" And I asked him again, he said it's already in the bag, which it wasn't. Before I drive off, he tells me to check my bank account to see if the charge went through. On my end I told him it was "pending" on my end. He told me to wait while he got his manager. Manager comes out and tells me to come inside, I wasn't comfortable doing so (hence why I went to the drive thru) and she tells me "meet me around the corner because you're holding up my drive thru- SO RUDE!) also, there was no one even behind me waiting lol.
I go around the corner to meet her and she comes up to my car super hostile. Asks me if she can have my phone again to rescan it. I told her she could; but I wanted to know what would happen if I got charged multiple times, she told me she would refund me once I noticed the extra charges. I told her I'm not from around here, but go ahead and try again. I also asked politely if I could have the sauce that never was included and she completely ignored me. While walking out again, she informed me there was something wrong and she couldn't get it to go through and proceeded to make me feel dumb because I didn't have another form of payment. I told her I didn't have my wallet with me. She told me to "keep it because I already have it" and stormed off with the nastiest attitude.
The issue I have here is, they advertise they take Apple Pay, make me feel dumb for asking if they have it, and once there's an error on their end; they get mad at ME!
This location needs a friendlier manager, and staff.

Read moreI waited in line. The male that was behind the counter skipped me & started taking the next customer’s order. I spoke up, “You skipped me,” He quickly sat the other to go plate down & took my order. When I was telling him what I wanted for my plate meal for $9.60 (you get 2 Entrees & 1 side item), he interrupted after I told him my 1st entree selection. I stated, “I was about to tell you what I wanted for my 2nd Entree choice.” I told him for the 1st Entree that I wanted Grilled Teriyaki Chicken, my 2nd Entree choice was the Black Pepper Angus Steak. He placed the Teriyaki Chicken on the plate, then he stated that they were cooking the Black Pepper Angus Steak & if I’d like to wait for it, I replied, “No.” I told him that I would rather have Orange Chicken instead and Chow Mein for my side item. The female next to him, slapped the chow mein on the plate & shut it with noodles sticking out. I grabbed a large cup to get a coke. The same female rang up my order . When I got home the Teriyaki Chicken was cooked correctly and it was delicious. The Chow Mein was dry like it had been sitting under that warming lamp all day and it was flavorless, the Orange Chicken was awful, it tasted like it came out of the box from Winn Dixie. Read moreWould have given a zero if it was available. Ordered online at 12:15, one party tray and one side. Online order advised ready for pickup at 12:35. Got in the drive thru line at about 12:50 because I know this is a busy time of day. Waited in line about 10-15 min. Lady at the window asked us to pull forward because the order was not quite ready. Waited another 10-15 min. My husband backed up to the window and asked about how much longer, same lady walked away couple minutes and come back and said what did you order? Husband's about to blow a gasket about now! He pulls up and goes inside. A guy asks him again what did you order? Hubby tells the guy and guy says well it was a party tray that's what is taking so long. Hubby tells him the above story, the wait and all. Guy says well you should have come in. Online the website says drive thru only. And last week I tried to go in and pick up a big birthday order and had to go through the drive thru. So in ALL THIS TIME! THE ORDER STILL WAS NOT FILLED!
