The employees wouldn't serve me and two other customer because they say they lights just came back on. I can understand that but you should know how much a two piece chicken is and that's what everybody was like okay we'll just get a two piece chicken to. One man stated you should know how much the taxes it is for (2) two pieces of chicken cost. And one man even said I'm willing to leave an extra dollar so you can have enough taxes for all three of us. But they still say no because the light is on but they might go back out in the middle of a transaction so we going to give it a few more minutes. So we waited for about 5 or 13 minutes and they still wouldn't service us. The lady said we got to wait to the registers comes back up. I'm like how long do it take the registers to come back up and so they said it'll be just a few more minutes so at that time I said. Well look like Popeyes going to lose this customer right here which was me and I left to go to somewhere else. I wasn't happy with Popeyes at that moment and I'm...

At This Point I’m Finished With Popeyes As A Whole. I Have Came To This Location Before In The Past & Was Allowed To Customize My Order With No Problems. I Used The Mobile Popeyes App To Place A Pick Up Order And Was Even Allowed To Customize It In The App. Pulled Up In The Drive Thru And Was Told To Cancel My Order Because They Could Not Honor My Customization Request. Went To The App, Tried To Get A Refund To Cancel My Order & Was Informed Through The App (Since There Is No Number To Call To Speak To A Person) That I Could Not Cancel An Order Once One Was Placed. I Relayed This Info To The Manager On Duty And Was Told That She Could Now Magically Honor My Request Since I Couldn’t Get A Refund. I Also Requested For Everything To Be Fresh, Waited 25-35 Minutes For My Food.. Got Home & They Literally Disregarded All Of My Requests, Food Wasn’t Even Fresh! I Guess That’s What I Get For Giving Popeyes Chance After Chance....

Besides the freshness of the chicken (it taste a "little" spoiled at time maybe it just me) my family and friends eat there often it's an okay place to eat. Very convenient location 3 minutes off the highway 3 minutes to get back onto the highway if that, gas station, grocery store, post office, Auto Repair services, ATM machine pretty much everything is closed to the restaurant. They have outdoor park, drive-thru and the inside of the restaurant offers a clean lobby plenty of seating arrangement indoor public restroom, a couple of television with a few channels to choose from (usually on Sports channel) you will have to ask someone at the front desk to change the channel, the staff seems fairly nice. They accept cash and credit. Not the fastest drive-thru or carryout service not saying they're the slowest but it's definitely...

Usually when I visit this Popeyes, I enjoy my food, and I trusted them with my food! But not anymore, Tuesday August 6th,2024 @ 12:39 pm I ordered chicken and a biscuit, takeout..when I get home and begin to eat my biscuit,I noticed something that looked like rat feces in it,so immediately I felt sick to my stomach and I was disgusted, I couldn't even eat the rest of my food,I took pictures of it and I notified Popeyes of the incident and nothing has happened, all I got was a sorry that happened to you, email from someone! I suspect that other people probably have eaten rodent feces unknowingly, I feel like I am being ignored,I wasn't even offered a refund or any rewards or anything! I'm looking into taking further action against this establishment! I'm so disappointed in Popeyes this time!

Very busy restaurant; reminds me of the Netflix movie, ( They cloned Tyrone ) you will have to watch the movie to understand. But over all I like the service & chicken… however this location don’t have the dirty rice; but I have traveled to the one downtown Little Rock on Broadway, they have dirty rice. Only downfall I have to mention about this location is pulling out the drive thru at night, the point of sight is blinded by the Kum N Go sign you can’t see anything coming from the stop light. But that’s on Kum N Go; but Popeyes was there 1st.

They must have given us the hottest wings in the building. First, they shorted my husband's order, so we had to turn around and go back. They did give him an extra wing to make it right. However, they are so, so spicy that his mouth is on fire(he is cajun and eats spicy food all the time). I can't eat them. We were not asked if we wanted spicy or reg.
