An Utterly Disappointing Experience at Panera*
I've had several terrible experiences with THIS Panera, but the last one was the worst. They sent my order through DoorDash, and it never showed up. (My mistake to do this over and over again) THIS ISNT CHEAP!!! When I talked to their staff, the manager named MIRANDA, she was super rude. It wasn't the first time something like this happened WITH their staff being so rude. They are usually aware of their mistakes and fix it right away. Not abstinent Miranda. She chose to literally FIGHT, start a whole argument with me, the customer.
Miranda didn’t care at all and was really unhelpful. It’s not just about missing one meal; it’s about how she treaed their customer poorly. Because of this, I’m done with Panera and suggest others stay away too. They really need to fix their service. This situation alone could be chalked up to a simple mistake, but the subsequent handling by Panera's staff, particularly an employee named Miranda, transformed it into a complete debacle. Miranda’s interaction with me was shockingly rude and dismissive, lacking any semblance of customer service etiquette or empathy. Her behavior was not what one would expect in any service industry, let alone from a company like Panera, which claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. This wasn’t an isolated incident, but rather a pattern of negligence that has severely tarnished my view of the brand.
The recurring nature of these incidents - from undelivered orders to appalling customer service - highlights a systemic issue within Panera that urgently needs addressing. It’s not just about a missed meal but about a missed opportunity to uphold basic standards of respect and professionalism towards customers. My experiences with Panera have been nothing short of horrendous. I urge potential customers to consider these experiences as they reflect not only on the company’s operational failures but also on a deeply ingrained indifference to customer satisfaction. Panera has lost me as a customer forever, and I encourage others to think twice before giving them...
Read moreAbsolutely love this Panera Bread, very cozy and clean, comfortable place to relax enjoy a great meal any time that they are open, whether it's breakfast lunch or dinner. You know you are always going to be happy whether eating in or out to go.
My favorite item of all has to be the Bacon-Turkey Bravo sandwich, especially when you add the sliced avocado and spiced mustard sauce. One of the tastiest sandwiches I've ever had.
I will always have a special place in my heart for this place and the food they serve mostly because the last few months of my wife's life last year, we had to move close to Baymeadows Road, and it was getting harder and harder to find something that she would eat while she was in Hospice Home Care.
After about a week I was searching for anything that she could eat and keep down the she actually enjoyed, and then I picked up a few of the breakfast souffles from Panera Bread, and and that was the golden ticket. Her father and I had tried so many different homemade foods take out Foods done in Foods anything we could try to find to get her to eat to give her some strength to fight for the last few months, and thank God it was found right around the corner at Panera Bread. Likely they have enough of a variety that she never got tired of them and occasionally she would even take a few bites of a few sandwiches that we but get to go along with them for lunch, are it truly was a blessing.
After she passed I was afraid it would be too much of a bad memory should go back to Panera, but I was completely wrong. I can't help but feel good every time I walk in there now, knowing how much better my wife last few months were because I just happen to find this place.. so yes, Panera Bread will always have a special place in my heart.. good memories and great food, that's quite a...
Read moreI like to order the Carmel Latte when I go to Panera. It's rare if they get it right the first time. Sometimes the barista makes it tasting like hot milk, and sometimes like burnt coffee. If you're lucky enough to get a good barista, it tastes amazing! But that's only half the battle. I always order the large 20 ounce Carmel Latte. More often than not, they'll give me a small cup instead. While I don't mind paying for a large, I'm not going to pay for a large for them to give me a small. So I give my coffee back stating that I've ordered and payed for a large. Then, I end up with a large cup, but only filled half way. It's not hard to figure out that all they did was pour the small coffee into the large cup containing the same amount of liquid as the small. Sometimes they'll give you the large cup the first time, but only filled half way. On a good day, it will be filled most of the way as one would expect. Also, the Carmel Latte is supposed to come with whipped cream and carmel drizzel on top. Most of the time they get the topping right, but not always, to which I've now developed a habit of checking under the lid to make sure they actually put the whipped cream and carmel drizzle on top. Lastly, I wouldn't have any frustrations if this happend very infrequently, and at only one location. I've had this experience at multiple locations. Not just 2 or 3 locations, but 8. These inconsistencies have happened to me at least once at all of the 8 locations I've been to. If the food wasn't great, and I liked going to Starbucks for coffee, I would never return to Panera. But when everything goes right, Panera has some of the best tasting coffee and food...
