When this location first opened, it was such an improvement over how bad the location at Tinseltown had gotten that I was excited and optimistic. I've now ordered five or six times in a row (way more than that, but for a little while some of our orders were correct and tasty) and not only has the order been wrong, but the staff in the restaurant behaves so inappropriately that it makes me not even want to go into the store. They fight amongst themselves out loud, yelling, cussing, flinging things, totally unprofessional. They refuse to answer or acknowledge customers in the lobby. I've even seen them let the phone ring off the hook just to eventually pick up the phone and slam it on the counter. It doesn't matter what you order, they're going to give you what they feel like giving you that day. If you're lucky, you won't wait 30 or 40 minutes after the expected time, but you should prepare to wait 30 minutes or more after the time that the order said it would be ready. You should definitely not expect manners, courtesy or professionalism. Then your food is going to either be gooey and undercooked or barely seasoned. If you expect fully cooked AND seasoned, you'll be consistently disappointed. If you expect to get what you pay for, you'd be asking for too much as well. I recommend not asking the staff to correct anything, you're likely to receive the brunt of their frustration and aggression. think 'bail money' The ranch is only slightly thicker than water and it used to be the best Ranch you could get in a restaurant . If These Wings were cheap, or even reasonably priced, I'd probably tolerate the inconsistencies and the crap service. You're better off ordering wings from the Chinese restaurant or making them yourself. I have to throw mine in the air to have a fully cooked and non-gooey wing. Just go elsewhere--- and not the Tinsletown location either. Must be...
Read moreSo we were having a party at work the next day and a couple of the employees are vegan. One of them told me about Wingstop and that they had vegan wings, I had never been to wingstop. So I go to Wingstop after work the day before and tell them that I had never been to Wingstop and several times I tell the employees there that I am getting vegan wings. And I see the funny look on their faces, but, none of them said " We don't have vegan wings. The young man that I talk to at first didn't say it and then Chanel, I think is the girl who actually rang me up, again twice, I said it to her about vegan wings, neither of them corrected me. It was 30 something dollars! And behold I get home. I'm going to put them in a container for the party for the next day and guess what, regular old wings! So I call and I let someone know I talked to the manager on the shift we have a long conversation she assures me she's going to try to do something about it. Even though she couldn't make a monetary decision at that point she said she would absolutely follow up on it with her manager and they would follow up with me. That's been about 2 weeks ago. So far I haven't heard anything. And that is my first experience and at this point my last experience with Wingstop. Ironically enough the place that I needed to go to that did have vegan wings was right next door. And had they told me they didn't have vegan wings, I could have gone right next door. And the night manager that I talked to told me there were plenty of places around to get vegan wings, so she obviously knew that. So...
Read moreI have bought wings here a few times and really enjoyed them but I had an experience recently which was unsatisfactory. Our order was approximately $33.00 including tax and I had to throw away half of the wings. We always order 'well done' and these wings were not even 'done'. I placed a phone order about a week later and explained what happened and was assured the Manager would make it right when I came in to pick up the order. When I arrived and spoke with the Manager he stated per his corporate policy he could only discount the current order by 10%. He advised I should have called the same night to get the order redone or come back for a refund. While I understand, my experience at other Wing Stop locations were great. They have always done the right thing to make the customer happy and because my family and I are frequent customers. I was not asking to make the order free but at least to discount for half to compensate for a previous inedible order. When it was obvious he was sticking to policy and not willing to solve an issue I left without picking up the order. One additional note. The toll free number on the receipt was called on the night of the initial order and a survey was done with an option to receive a follow up call which we did not get. We called back the toll free number and we were able to speak with someone at the corporate office who took the information from the receipt with another promise to follow up. We will see. Not sure why Wing Stop cannot be consistent with quality. It is hit or miss and with this location I am truly...
