Ticket number #54599791 I’ve been on a staying away from fast food these days because I have diabetes and I really need to watch the salt intake. But I’ve been really good, my numbers are great! So I treated myself to a (6) finger plus meal at Zaxby’s, when I got home, OMG! Someone in the kitchen accidentally sprinkled way too much salt and it ended up on the chicken fingers! So now, the finger and fries tasted like too much salt.
I called and Andrew answered, I told him what I am experiencing, I am home and I have lots of salt, he placed me on hold and I guess to talk to someone in charge, the answer was, drive back with the receipt and food to exchange for a salad. I told him I didn’t want a salad, I wanted the chicken. Well I didn’t feel like driving right back, before I came to the drive thru I was at Home Depot and I was exhausted from the garden department. He said I had you til midnight to come back. I told him no thanks, I don’t feel like driving back and it was already around 440pm. All I wanted was a reward meal and the enjoyment was gone with a bag full of salty chicken and fries. If they had offered taken my receipt information and it had my name on it and allowed me to come back with 24-48 they will honor another same meal after all I’ve already paid for a meal and why shouldn’t I get it without the error of too much salt poured onto the food.
Zaxbys be careful, some restaurants are offering seasoning if requested, I didn’t request lots of salt. You brush and shook the meat and fries to take off the salt to help eat it. But it will be a while before I ever go back.
Thanks for the reward meal, it made me realize to stay away from fast food, because it’s food that whipped too fast and the care isn’t there in the kitchen to be careful. Once you get home 🏠 if the meal is bad, it takes the enjoyment out and it’s hard to return to the same place because you feel as though they should be punished by not giving my business to them.
Thanks for telling me to come back before midnight to get my dinner
I don’t feel like eating late.

Read moreTried to go through the drive thru at 9:20 to get an order for my family and told the girl at the drive-thru I’m sorry we have a big order (4 total meal items). While ordering the person taking the drive thru order kept not understanding and than proceeded to tell us they were only able to do fries, chicken and toast, they didn’t have certain dressings. So I proceeded to order a big zax snack meal, with a Coke Zero which I was told they didn’t have Coke Zero. Said never mind, continued to ask if they could do salad, told that they couldn’t do salads (???), said okay moved on. Can we get a boneless wings meal. Told they can’t do boneless wings. WHAT CAN YOU DO AT THIS POINT? So we cancelled the order and then went to get something at McDonald’s instead. Just for fun, decided to place a online order for the boneless wings meal, with a Coke Zero (should’ve tried to order a salad) at 9:36, order went through and when I went to pick it up asked the ‘manager on shift’ why I’m all of a sudden able to order this on the app but not through the drive through. Which I was given a excuse about why the boneless aren’t available after a certain point, so I asked why I wasn’t able to get a salad or drinks to which she had no excuse. They also were super disorganized, so my pick up meal which was supposed to be ready by 9:43, was passed from hands to hands since I got to the restaurant at 9:40 and wasn’t handed my order until 9:53. So 10 minutes of sitting around not under a heat source and being opened multiple times to see what was inside. They had...
Read moreI placed my order online at 508pm. My estimated pick up time was 16-21 minutes. It's a 10 minute drive from my house, perfect! Right? I check in on the app. 15 minutes goes by, food hasn't came to the curbside. 15 turns into 30 and it is roughly 550 at this point and my boyfriend goes in to check on the order. About 5 minutes later, the food arrived at curbside. I went in to let him know, and he's ordering a taco. He ordered the chipotle ranch because he can't eat pork. He showed me the receipt, and on one part of the order, it says the chipotle ranch, but on the other part, it says avo ranch, which includes bacon. Just for clarification, I ask the cashier, and she was very nonchalant and tried to play it like it didn't matter, and assured it would come out right. UNTIL I told her he couldn't eat bacon, and her entire face dropped and she ran to the kitchen to ask if we could get the chipotle ranch instead of the avo ranch. I ordered cheese curds. My entire reason for visiting. As mentioned, it's not a far drive from my house. I get home, excited because I waited almost an hour for my food, so it had to be fresh, right? WRONG. The cheese curds were SO cold, dry, and hard there was no way they were made for my order. Because everything else in my order was at a temperature that would make sense for a 10 minute drive from the establishment. SUPER disappointed with my entire experience. From the wait times, to the customer service,...
