This place is a bit of a joke. I'm glad we didn't buy a mattress here. They have a no return policy, which means even if you buy a mattress and it isn't all it was supposed to be, you're stuck with it. I have had enough issues with mattresses and am not comfortable purchasing a mattress from a business that does not guarantee a thing. A note to the owner: the employee we met was very kind and tried to be helpful so she gets five stars. You, sir, should really implement some kind of satisfaction guarantee so there isn't such a large risk involved with such high ticket items. In addition, you truly must learn the difference between "your" and "you're" because if I had noticed your tagline on your business truck before entering the store the first time, I never would have come in. It does not make a good impression on your business, nor do your bad reviews. I came in with my fiance to look for a new mattress. He had purchased one from your store before. However, had this not been the case, and had I looked at your reviews prior, I would not have wasted my time. Your reviews in addition to your no return policy made me very uncomfortable. We really need a good mattress and had every intention of buying one tonight, to keep forevermore. Your staff needs to learn how to put beds together as one fell apart and Im under 150 lbs. In addition, several mattresses feel uneven. This is exactly what I'm trying to avoid in a new mattress.

My review is unrelated to any experience of patronage of the business proper, but rather the treatment I recieved from the highly unpleasant woman whom self-identified as the owner. I, an over-the-road truck driver, utilized a parking space within the entirely vacant parking lot of this establishment so as to pick up food from the adjacent chinese spot. In no way did the presence of my vehicle interfere with the activities of any customers as there weren't any. Upon parking, I was antagonized by the "owner" as I hadn't "asked for permission" to park for the 100 seconds required to walk across the lot and back. Is that really the respect the lifeblood of the American industrial logistic chain deserve? You people (the consumer) realize every aspect of your lives are dependent on the sacrifices men and women make every day on the highway? Sacrifices of living space, hygiene, rest, safety, and family. I see my family once a month. This sedentary lifestyle is horrible for the body. class A truck driver is the most dangerous job in the US. Every item of inventory in this place was transported by one of us. Just like the food in your refrigerator... And the refrigerator... And the device you read this monologue on etc 100 seconds of parking in your empty lot too much of an act of appreciation than I deserve. Copy.

Depending on who you get, the time you get there, the workers can be amazing or not. I have had issues with a few of the pieces I have purchased. My mom bought a bed and after a month had to have it replaced. I am very unsure, so I went in several times. For the most part, my sales lady was patient. They delivered all 3 ... about 3 hours later, they called and said i should not have gotten the ottoman. I have dogs. As you can see ... my dogs were on the ottoman before they came and took it to someone else's home. I had to wait another 2 months for my ottoman.

Heard great things about this place, which is why we didn't shop around. Never again will I purchase anything from here. Customer service is a joke. After we found the couch we wanted, I stopped back in multiple times and it was like the salesperson did not want to help us. I specifically went back in when I knew she was working, assuming she got commission so we could get our couch ordered. We ordered this couch 4 months before having a baby. The sectional came in and 1 piece was ordered wrong. We were okay with that and kept the two pieces for the time being. With the lead time of the first order, I assumed that the reordered piece would still be in before the baby came. Come up to my due date and still no couch and no call. AFTER they told me it would come in a month prior. So I felt like I had to harass them with calls just to get an ETA, which kept changing. Come to find out AFTER my baby was born there was a factory fire so the one missing piece took 11+ weeks. When the original order took 7 weeks. We obviously asked for a discount due to the errors on their part and they gave us $300 off, which was a joke considering the terrible customer service and lead time with no communication. I had to come home from the hospital with a 3 seat sectional and turn people away from visiting because we didn't have a place for them to sit. This is why we ordered in January when I was due in MAY.

When the last piece was finally delivered, they "Forgot" they were supposed to deliver in the morning, so we waited all day (and spouse took off work to help me with the dogs, baby and letting the delivery guys into the house), I called around noon and they made it work to get it delivered later that afternoon. Mind you, the delivery guys are great! I then let them know one of our recliners from the original order was not working properly and the springs on one seat seems too squishy for being a brand new couch. They were supposed to come take a look at it the next week, I waited around the house and nobody called or showed up. Its been almost 3 months now and still have not heard from them. I don't even want to do business with them anymore that I'm not going to bother trying to have someone come out. If you want any sort of customer service - DO...

Updated to there update. Owner was not nice, talked over me, boyfriend told you the truth about channel 3000 news. He wasn’t intimidating you, and you replied with “if you want problems I can cause problems” a report was put in today, if they decide to do it or not that’s on them. Maybe focus a little more on your customer service and respect and taking care of the situation instead of pushing it aside. I have heard of MULTIPLE compliments since this incident, if I would have known then, I wouldn’t have gone at all. You gave me a full refund that I didn’t request and made it known multiple times, but instead to “fix” the issue you think getting my money back helps. It helps that I got it back and didn’t give it to a company who doesn’t care about there customers. But instead found a better price yesterday, and got it delivered yesterday. Updated. They canceled my order due to My review so I guess pretend they are awesome and you won’t get your order canceled the day before delivery. The owner is a mess, belittled me, didn’t care he had other customers shopping and kept saying we cut you a full refund but they needed my card info. I didn’t want my order canceled, I loved my items excited for them to arrive tomorrow, didn’t argue with the girl who sold Me the furniture to get a better deal. I was done, I was done furniture shopping. But now I have to look around again, and all the places I shop will no not to recommend and they can use my experience. Shame on this place, better business has been contacted also! Didn’t feel welcomed from many staff members, originally told I’d get my furniture on a day I didn’t get it. Was “challenged” to go and find a better deal because I wouldn’t find one, don’t believe them when they say if you bundled you would save. Poor customer service, was told I’d get a phone call and and I waited 5 days and ended up calling. I felt like I should have got more off my pricing since I was treated poorly and not followed up on but willing to pay upfront. Buying 4 different items should qualify for more then like $50 off.. Unfortunately once this is all done I won’t be going/referring Sikers or the lady I worked...

I was shopping for a chair. I went to Slumberland, Comforte Shoppe and then Sikers. The chair I wanted was at Slumberland and Sikers. I had a quote and estimated delivery date around 1/17 from Slumberland. The Sales Lady at at Sikers quoted me a price $200 more and a delivery date months away. When I told her that she proceeded to harshly bad mouth Slumberland. She said they lie all the time to their customers about delivery dates. She said many of Slumberlands customers call them after waiting months after promised delivery dates seeing if they can get it sooner from them. She also stated Slumberland has contacted them asking if they had certain items they cpould buy from them. She said she heard many complaints about Slumberlands customer service. I felt this was all pretty unprofessional. How she was talking made me uncomfortable. I went back to Slumberland and ordered the chair. I was told estimated deliver date was 1/17. If going to be delayed they will contact me. Well they contacted me already. To tell me the delivery date changed. To 12/30. 18 days earlier then estimated. Plus the salesman himself is going to personelly deliver it to me on his day off. I received excellent customer service, excellent price, in a clean and positive enviroment. Sikers lightng was darkish, it was bare in some areas and cluttered in others and encounter with sales lady was very negative. Seemed put out when I asked for quotes.
