It depends on who is working if they'll take amazon returns that are in boxes or not. Some will try to charge you for a box others just take the return no problems. I dont think thats a very good way to run a business. Also depends whos working if they will accept my stitch fix returns. Theyve been taking them for months but today wouldn't take it. They make their customers feel like they are the ones in the wrong. We are not, I understand having policies but everyone should be on the same page. Its not fare to the customers who like me drive 45 mins to make a return to find out that they won't accept it today but have for the last 5 years with no problems. I talked to an old man who was the owner or manager not sure white hair and bald. He was extremely rude and laughed at me while he was talking to me about their policies and said nothing has changed in the last 20 years. Sorry Mr. But your wrong your way wrong. Ive done tons of amazon returns without boxes for the last 6 years at this location. How dare him laugh in my face. Made me feel very uncomfortable. I was not in the wrong, although he had made me feel that way. Very poor customer service. I felt embarrassed when I left because he made me feel like I was in the wrong while a whole line of people were watching. Hes lucky I am nice and didn't start a scene. He needs to make sure his employees are all doing the same thing so us customers are not confused on why things are different today. Rude and...
Read moreHad an Amazon return which was sent to me in two separate boxes. Was told at the counter i need to put them in one box or tape the boxes together. I said ok i have tape in my car. She said we can do it for 8.00 i said no i have tape. I was then told i have to take the boxes back outside to tape them together and then bring them back in and that i couldnt use the table inside. I currently have issues with my back legs and feet. Thanks UPS for the terrible customer service. I truly appreciate the years of business i have brought to you to be treated this way!!!!
Thank you for your response however i wasnt going to pack stuff up in the store. I was simply going to tape two fully packed boxes together with tape i previously purchased from your store so i could use the one label i was provided. I cant believe your policy is to have your customer leave your store to tape two boxes to each other because I had tape and didnt want to pay you 8.00 to do it. Again, in my opinion terrible customer service. If you dont see why this was a ridiculous situation then i guess i have been doing business with the wrong business. I hope it was worth losing a loyal customer of many...
Read moreWell I do realize that your policy is that you can not ship guns however the contents of the box are not any of your business and I was only sending a single piece of wood back to the company that sent it to me. It just happened to be a but stock. Scary item right there. Your excuse was someone could make a gun with it. I was like ya you can make a gun with a 2X4 and pipe. but those items are ok to ship Oh well my money will go some ware else. No need to be scared its just wood. (Addition to your response); Your comments states that UPS "can not" ship gun parts and then in the next statement UPS says that it "can" ship gun parts to an FFL agent. Well that's what I tried to do was send the product back to the FFL agent. I stated this in my comment above that the parts were headed back to the company which is an FFL agent. Its all good I got things taken care of. I think you draw a fine line on personal privacy invasions when prodding the customer about whats inside the packages especially when your clerk was told once then prodded at me about the...
