One of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in a while — and all due to poor management.
I placed an order at Dunkin’ at 11:22 AM (according to my receipt) — a $6 meal deal and a refresher. I was handed my drink at the window and then told to pull into a parking stall so they could bring out my food. The problem? There are no actual parking stalls designated for this, so I had to park in a random stall.
I watched a worker bring a bag of food out to someone else’s car, realize it wasn’t theirs, and walk back inside. I assumed they’d figure out where the food was supposed to go, but nothing happened. After waiting another 5 minutes, I called the store at 11:34 AM to check in. I was told my sandwich and hashbrowns would take another 5–7 minutes. I explained I couldn’t wait that long — I had a newborn in the car who needed my attention — and said I’d come inside for a refund instead.
When I walked in, my food was just sitting on the counter. No one had brought it out. I told them I no longer wanted it since it had clearly been sitting there, and asked for a refund. The cashier said the manager was “coming in” — when I asked for clarification, she admitted there was no manager on site who could issue a refund. I didn’t have time to wait around for one to arrive, so I had to leave my name and phone number and was told someone would contact me.
Now, let me be clear: this wasn’t the fault of the employees. Everyone I dealt with was polite, and it was obvious they were all very young adults doing their best with what they had. The problem here is entirely poor management. A location should never be operating without someone on site who can authorize refunds or step in to resolve customer issues. It’s also unacceptable to ask people to pull aside and wait without a proper system for delivering food — especially when there’s no designated parking area.
This whole experience took around 20 minutes and could’ve been avoided with better training, structure, and leadership. Dunkin’ needs to seriously re-evaluate how this location...
Read moreConstantly messing up my orders. I always call and get it fixed for the next time. And don't have an issue anymore. But this time was something else.... Two days ago I purchasd a small white chocolate iced latte with an extra pump of white chocolate. I get home take a drink. It's way to sweet. Undrinkable. Coming from me that's saying something. So I realize it says 5 pumps of white chocolate. Now let's keep in mind that I used to work there and so I know that 5 pumps of white chocolate is not one extra pump in a small. A small is two pumps and a medium is 3 in a large is 4. So an extra pump would be three pumps of white chocolate in a small. So I called and I talked to Tina the manager and she made sure everything was good and told me to come back and get it. I told her I won't be able to come in right now so can I come in an later time.. She said of course. End of discussion everything was great! Come back last night to get it and I don't know who's working right now at 5 p.m. but she's literally arguing with me telling me that i can not get the drink and she can't just hand out free drinks. I told her I talked to Tina yesterday and she didn't take my name down or anything and just told me to come back and get it. She's said “You can come back during the hours that she works here.” “Okay how am I supposed to know when she works here that makes no sense.” She said she can give me her hours and I told her I'm pretty sure that's illegal. (Not 100% sure) but I would not like for someone to be giving out my hours. I told her why don't you just call her and I'll pick up my coffee at the window. I've never had to argue with somebody over a coffee that they messed up! You mess something up you fix…. I don't care how or what but don't tell me to come back a different time. Unbelievable! Never when I was employed there did I be rude or disrespectful to a customer. Especially one who is coming to get a coffee replaced after you messed up the first one! Unacceptable!

Read moreTo say this location is Poorly managed is a clear and drastic understatement. This is the DIRTIEST food establishment i've stepped foot in. It's been getting bad for a while but today takes the cake. For starters my coworker had placed a pick up order 20 mins prior to me showing up to pick it up. Upon entering the store I'm greeted by a trash so full the lid is lifting off and about to overflow. The order im there to pick up wasn't ready so I popped into the bathroom where the tampon waste basket is also full to the brim without a lid and the soap dispenser CAKED in soap residue an inch thick. I come back out, and look around while I wait (which turned into 30 minutes before finally going to the counter) to notice the lobby floor looks as if it hasn't been mopped this month at all... and there was so many crumbs, wrappers, n gunk on the floor im guessing it hasn't been swept in at least a week and a half. As someone who also works in food service I understand busy hours.. however this WAY beyond a breakfast rush n crossing the line into NEGLECT. To say the least I won't be back until something changes. After waiting 30 minutes for this pick up order (just a dozen donuts) I go to the counter to check on the status to find out they hadn't pulled the ticket off the printer or even looked at it 🙃 The same 5 or 6 people that were waiting when I showed up were also STILL waiting when i left. To sum it up-- I almost left the order and told my coworker to ask for a refund because I was so disgusted at the sanitation neglect that was evident throughout the store, and that was just the lobby and...
