Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Janesville

I have went to this Pizza Hut since it opened. Was even customer of the week back when they did that. I asked them to do a supper time buffet and they have. As for the variety on the buffet I say the following: If you do not see something you would like on the buffet just ask. By that I mean you can suggest things. For example, I have of late wanted a thin crust BBQ chicken with jalapeno pizza. Not an item normally on the buffet. What you do is after you say you want the buffet you can "suggest/ask" for the item you want. So I ask for my afore mentioned pizza for the buffet. When my suggested pizza is ready they will bring it to your table and ask how many pieces you want. The rest of the pieces are put on the buffet. The same works for pasta and other items normally on the buffet. If you like to eat you can try many things for one price. I will have the salad bar, the pizza i suggested plus any other items on the buffet. I finish with a some cherry and apple dessert pizza. Toss in a few Spotted Cow beers and I am a happy camper. They charge you more than what they are supposed to… watch your receipts! Twice now, I have had $9.99 coupons for a pizza, 2 separate dates, Ordered a $9.99 pizza last night, go to pu the pizza and it comes to $12.91! ( didn’t notice till I got home ) I’m thinking to myself Wow that’s expensive tax!!! Last time ( about a month ago ) she told me the price over the phone and I asked why the tax was so high? This and that she says….. I told her that I wanted to cancel the order. Same thing last night but this time she never told me the price before hand, gave her my debit card ( she never offered the receipt, I had to ask for one ) so off I went and sure enough the same thing!!!!!! $2.92 in tax….seems kinda high. So with it being 2 times I decided to give them a call and I was told it was bc I ordered extra cheese!!!! lol Neither time did I order extra cheese. So just a FYI watch...

I ordered a cheesy bites pizza “pepperoni & cheese” and it’s supposed to be to come with the three dips. I got home and I opened the pizza and it was only a cheese pizza… no sauce cups, I call the store and they argue and tell me the pizza doesn’t come with sauce cups anymore it’s an upgrade? How am I suppose to know that? She offered to make a new pizza and have me come pick it up and CHARGE ME??? (I just picked up my order and drove all the way home) Yall messed up and want to charge me again? And of course I paid with cash like an idiot. The buffalo wings were undercooked and seemed raw, the last time we had ordered from Pizza Hut we found hair in our food!

We are done with Pizza Hut as they do not care for customers, their employees do not wear proper hair nets to reduce food contamination.

Dominos will be our go to pizza...
