I realize this is McDonaldâs and not a high end place but⌠dang. My son wanted to play in the new play place. I donât love the self kiosk so I just wanted to order at the counter. Rob who is obviously very new and sadly very under trained said he didnât know how to use the computer and could help me on the kiosk. Ugh, fine. I can do that myself, just a pain in the butt. We then proceed to wait for 20 minutes with no food, but the place is obviously very busy and I totally understand. However, after 25 minutes and going to look at the board, our order number is not even on the board of orders they are working on. Our order was just⌠forgotten. While waiting for them to actually make our order people are coming and going and trying to order at the counter where they are told âjust use the kiosk,â some people got their food but no drinks, some people are waiting 10min just for a drink etc⌠it was just a mad house. The saving grace was a younger gentlemen in glasses who was actually getting things moving along from what I could tell. I realize the world is odd, places are understaffed, etc⌠however. Management here should be training their employees to be able to do their best, not letting them loose with no information and then on top of that, communication. Obviously it was busy, but smile, tell customers âIâm sorry, Iâll get that right outâ and do it, but seeming grumpy and off putting as well as being stressed, and not even caring if the orders go out correctly. Do...

I ordered breakfast on the McDonaldâs mobile app this morning. I pulled up to the drive-thru ordering station at 10:33 after sitting in a fat line well before 10:00. I gave my code, and Nick, the drive-thru troll, immediately hit me with, âWe cancelled your order since you werenât here before 10.â Excuse me? I WAS here. Iâd been trapped in their line.
Nick didnât apologize, didnât even pretend to care. He told me Iâd be refunded. Guess what? I never was. Just like my breakfast, that refund vanished into thin air.
Nickâs attitude was pure arrogance, nothing short of fourth-ward type. Short, rude responses. Zero courtesy. A look on his face like I was personally inconveniencing him for daring to order food from the business that pays him. Iâve had bad service before, but this felt like outright spite. Whether heâs lazy, incompetent, or just enjoys messing with customers, one thing is certain: he should not be working in customer service.
If McDonaldâs corporate values its brand at all, theyâll remove Nick from the front line before more customers drive away furious. This location has lost my...
Read moreLet me preface this review by saying that I feel bad for 0.00% of people that complain about the service or quality of food they've received at ANY McDonald's location. You ate at a McDonald's. That was your first mistake. What quality of food did you think you were going to get for the "hard-earned" $1.06 that you spent on a McDouble. If you get your food and it's any combination of cold, too salty, dry, made incorrectly, or missing part of your order, and this is SHOCKING to you, like you could NEVER have seen this coming, then your expectations are way too high. That was your second mistake. Again, its a McDonald's. Re-evaluate your expectations. Go there expecting to have a sub-par meal (and even that is probably an overstatement) and you won't have to feel disappointed because you'll get exactly what you expected. At least then you'll leave feeling content instead of awestruck that you received such lousy food and service at a MCDONALD'S.
McDonald's shouldn't even exist as far as I'm concerned.
McDonald's motto should be, "Filling our consumers with toxic waste...
