Starbucks — Restaurant in Jefferson City

I went to get a Large Iced Latte, nothing fancy or complicated. When she handed it to me my cup was only filled HALF WAY! I asked her if she could fill it to the top and she told me she could not that I would have to purchase another drink...are you kidding me? I already bought one that was made incorrectly on her part not mine so why would I pay for another screw up? Excuse me Ms. Barista but for future note when people order a drink they expect it to be filled up. You know to the Tipity Top! When we order a size that is what we want, not the size down...and when you mess up you correct it!! But the few sips I did get tasted wonderful so no need to correct your coffee making just your customer...

The 2 ladies taking orders this morning need to come to work with better attitudes. I shouldn't have ordered after I saw how they were treating others, because when I then questioned my tall black coffee being $4.37 instead of its usual $2.59, being told "that's just how it is" isn't customer service.

Continues to be the worst location. Will return to Hyvee....

I ordered 2 Venti caramel macchiatos, and a hot chocolate spent $20. My 7 year didn't like the hot chocolate and my husband didn't like his caramel macchiato.
