Culver’s — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

Got 2 bad experienced on people who are in charge the first one is I ordered 1kid meal burger ,1 burger deluxe single and 1 burger deluxe meal i noticed who on the order screen that the meal is not included when i get to the window i told my order again to make sure he got my order right when i received it there’s no burger meal since no one ordering at drive thru came down and order again when every thing is ok there’s some suddenly this male employee who is in charge ask what’s happening so me and the other employee told what happened and suddenly gave an attitude told me that i should not ordering standing at the window he wanted me to go to my car and order at the window he even said to me that I’m a threat for the safety of their employees even i do i came there nicely and politely ordered again coz one of he’s employee didn’t get my order right and if he’s the one aggressive and giving me a customer a attitude. Second incident i order inside the store to avoid what happened before still they got my order wrong order 2 burger deluxe single both meal and one kid meal after i pay it and check my receipt the employee only charged me 2 single burger deluxe and the kids meal then this female who is in charge she told me with an attitude that they will change me again for the fries and drink then i reply calm and politely said its ok if fine with the burger only and she answered back with the attitude saying if i understand what she was saying. That i will not get the drink and fries and if i standard what shes telling . Why would she think that just because im asian and she assumed i don’t understand her trying to put the blame on me . All i can say is they should know better coz they’re the one in charge specifically to the customer who ever is right or wrong What they did to me is unprofessional i ordered nice and politely even when they didn’t get...

We went through the drive thru for lunch and ordered a couple burgers and 2 kids meals. In addition we asked for the flavor of the day regular scoop so that they don’t give us a kid’s scoop and use the scoop coupon/token from the kids meals.

We waited a pretty long time, much longer than usual (our orders are pretty much the same whenever we go to Culver’s). We got our burgers and one of them barely had any of the condiments or pickles but the other burger was okay. They not only gave a kid’s scoop flavor of the day, but they took BOTH scoop tokens off the two kids meals. I don’t know if they charged us for the full scoop or not, I think the person taking our order inputted it wrong and put it under kid scoop. But then they take both the scoop tokens off the bags for one scoop of the flavor of the day??

Seems to be miscommunication within their crew. I wanted to confirm everything with the person that gave us our food but he scurried off quickly right as he handed us the bag. At the point we didn’t want to hold up the line. We’ll try this location again, but we didn’t have a good impression of this location. If drive thru is like this, I’m hoping that eating in...

I Spoke to the Manager Travis & He DID apologize but that WAS IT. He Literally didn't ask if i can come to the restaurant, didn't ask if it’s something he can do to make me come back to this location. Im usually excited for Culver's but to get my food and bite into it and pink juice ( Blood ) come out is crazy. Serving food that can kill someone is Unacceptable. I will not be coming to this location any more . When i spoke with him all he ask was did i talk to door dash. Im only 15 minutes away from this location but if it was up to me i would say don't even go to this location they don't have the experience of making sure the guest come back for business. Is it any thing i can do even if you talk with DoorDash that can show you thats not what we do here ( None of that). Definitely being in management. Training in the kitchen and Management training is needed. If any one ask me about this location i will show them this picture and let them know not to go here.
