Read moreUpdate I previously gave this branch a 2 star review, but I noticed improvements upon my return today after making a complaint to Panera directly and will raise to 3 stars for the time being. I received both a prompt response and a complementary baked good (which I was neither expecting nor requiring). I appreciate their swift reply, I have noticed the music volume has been turned down to an appropriate level, and the tables were actually wiped down this time, a rare occurrence as of late. The younger staff (possibly high school age?) are still quite unprofessional (noisy, talking/gossiping in the bathroom, attitude etc), but this can be fixed with training. As a former business owner, I am happy to recognize the company's great customer service despite some unprofessionalism at a particular branch, and I hope the staff at this branch continue to maintain a pleasant environment for their patrons. I've been going here for weeks now to meet up with friends who are studying here on a daily basis. The promotion of unlimited coffee and tea has its perks which invited us here to write a review since we had the opportunity to properly assess the business establishment.
COVID Care: 5 stars -Maria who is a staff member is seen throughout the place disinfecting the tables and chairs making sure prints and food debris are cleaned off. -There's no dish bin here at this Panera location at the trash receptacle. The dishes are not left piled up, and the clean wipes are readily available even for them the wipe -The staff remove their work attire before using the restrooms and don it in plain view -Tables are plenty and spaced out far enough
Customer Service: 5 stars -Ricci, the manager is extremely attentive and alert. At times you'll catch him walking around serving complimentary cookies. Seems to me he has experience as a high end waiter serving multiple tables, setting plates, getting dine-in orders out promptly, and casually conversing with the regulars. -Perhaps they may be a bit understaffed, but what restaurant isn't right now. This is a place where the team works hard together in unison to deliver exceptional service the best they possible can.
Quality: 5 stars -Foods are well prepared, hot, labeled and presented nicely -Coffees and teas are freshly brewed and replenished regularly as well as honey, cane syrup, & sugars -Decor is not dated like some of the other reviews mentioned. It's a bit more on the rustic and Tuscan style which may seem that way, but the place is well kept. There is a 2-way fireplace each planking a table with lounging armchairs

Read moreI usually really like eating at Panera Bread and do it quite often but this location very dissaponted me. I ordered wild rice chicken soup in a bread bowl. We paid and set at the table to wait for the food to get ready as usual. Almost 15 minutes later one of the workers came up to us saying that they don't have the soup I ordered any more. I was feeling sick that time and didn't want to eat anything else that time, but the girl said I need to pick a different soup since we already paid. So we waited another 10 minutes for the food to arrive to our table. The girl just dropped the plates and walked away without saying a word. I know Panera Bread's policy about mistakes, that they would fix it right away and would give a free treat for my trouble. That even written on every receipt they give to customers! But no one there ever did. No one came up to us to see how we were doing. I ended up leaving hungry. I'm still going to eat out at Panera Bread, but definitely going to avoid this location, where managers don't care about their store's...
