Listen... The staff is always super friendly and helpful, but that is probably the most this location has going for it.

I live nearby so I always stop in for the sugar rush (don't @ me), but 9 out of 10 times I get lattes that taste like straight up chemicals -- I am absolutely not exaggerating. "Why do you keep going then," you might ask. I guess I'm a glutton for punishment. Maybe subconsciously I hope that one day I'll fear the chemical taste so much it'll extinguish my addiction to flavored lattes. But you're right, I should stop coming here. ...It's just so close... And maybe today is the day I get a latte that tastes the way it's supposed to...I digress.

But for real, can we get some quality control or something at...

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ for over six years, and I can honestly say the service has gotten worse over time. Today was the final straw — literally. I ordered an iced coffee with one cream, but what I got was basically milk. Specifically when I’m allergic to dairy On top of that, they didn’t even give me a straw for my drink. It’s like they don’t even listen or care about the order. The staff consistently seems rushed, inattentive, and uninterested in providing good service. Felt very disrespected Manager Jimmie said i needed to buy something if i was going to be in the restaurant with my 2 children and i had purchased 3 iced coffee and 6 doughnuts he had no idea he was just being judgemental because the friend i was with was dressed differently he has no money to afford clothes so i was taking him out for coffee very sad how people assume it makes me sad that my kids witnessed this not all the employees have to pay for his behavior bit he should be reprimanded for his actions i come here every morning for the past 5 years to purchase my coffee before work now i feel...
