Dunkin' — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

The worst experience I’ve ever had in ordering a cake from this “business” place. I am shocked it still is considered an opened business. The cake that I picked up for my birthday was extremely horrible. It was the worst cake I’ve ever seen and I can’t believe I still paid for it but I had to have a cake so I had no other option. The inscription looked as if an 8 year old had written on it. The letters were not proportional, crooked, and messy. The cake was messy and just terrible. I told the lady if she could do something to fix it and she sarcastically told me that she didn’t have a better hand writing and she proceeded to ask me if I had better hand writing which I responded yes because I’ve previously worked in a bakery and then she rudely told me to go to the back and write the inscription. I was in sandals, I was wearing a skirt, I had my hair down, and while in covid-19 she really expected for me to go to the back? I am sure their location is not well kept if they allow anyone to go to the back. I can’t believe this location. Worst experience ever....

I come here atleast twice a week and order a bagel with cream cheese I noticed the last time they literally put a slither of cream cheese so I went inside to ask for them to add more because they’re was barely anything on it the manager said that’s how much it’s supposed to have . No sir . I told him check the bagels n look for yourself you didn’t put anything . He wouldn’t check them . one of the guys ended up throwing them out by accident and the manager got so mad at him . They gave me new bagels with the cream cheese on the side. That little thing of cream cheese had MORE than what they slithered on there. The manager is rude and stingy as hell and wanted to argue . I just spent $20 on coffee and bagels and you can’t add the cream cheese that I paid for ? This is my bagel the FOLLOWING DAY I was supposed to ask for it on the side to not have this issue again but forgot . We dont come to this one for a few health and safety reasons, but today was the straw that broke the camel's back. Spent 5 minutes in a drive through for the person inside to make one drink. One drink took them 5 minutes to make while she had plenty of time to talk to whom ever she was talking to inside. I have worked fastfood, i know how it is, but honestly? This wasn't acceptable in anyway. We took our business to the one on Central just past Diversey, and as normal they had us through in just a couple minutes even with other customers.

My point is, don't waste your time on the ones on Fullerton, go to the one on Grand or Central where they will treat you like a customer and not like an inconvenience to their...
