I would give no stars if I could..I paid $115 for 4 bloody Mary’s. The bartender took my receipt after I signed and said how much is the tip? I said it’s at the bottom and he told me I had to pay 20%. I said nowhere does it say I have to pay 20%…he proceeded to yell out at the bar to the rest of the customers.. “hey everyone this guy doesn’t like to tip or pay”… I said I paid $115 for 4 drinks and tipped you…and your not happy? On August 10, 2021, a horrible day at O'Hare filled with multiple delayed departure times before cancelled flight.

I came across Fascades and had a great experience. HUGE "SHOUT-OUT" to Stephanie. Stephanie, server, was exceptional with her service. She was pleasant, attentive, provided quick service, and communicative.

Stephanie handled an environment of customers effected by delays/cancellations well.

If you liked being ignored whilst the bartender waits in everyone but you, it’s awesome. The manager just stood there staring at the ceiling counting the bad reviews this pace must get.
