We recently had the pleasure of dining at Gracie O’Malleys, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. From the moment I walked in, the warm and friendly service made me feel right at home! Our server was fantastic in telling us about the local neighborhood. Now, let's talk about the star of the show - the Gracie Burger. Oh my, it was absolutely amazing! The perfectly cooked patty, topped with melted cheese, fresh lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and a special flavoring that added just the right amount of flavor - every bite was pure bliss. The combination of ingredients was a match made in burger heaven with an excellent bun. I don’t know who was cooking on that day but they need a raise! But it wasn't just the food that impressed me. The service at Gracie O’Malleys was outstanding. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was top-notch. They made me feel like a valued guest, and their genuine enthusiasm for their work was evident. Overall, I highly recommend Gracie O’Malleys to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. The Gracie Burger alone is worth the visit, but the excellent service takes it to a whole new level. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Wings are great here. The buffalo supreme has a nice kick and has a nice peppery flavor. The sucio sauce is really good and super spicy. Our server was nice and attentive. I would have gave one star but gave three due to the reasons above. The reason why this wasn’t 4 or 5 stars is because we were there on a Monday and on Mondays they have 50% off wings with a drink. Halfway through our meal, another server was showed up and she rang up our bill. I noticed the 50% wasn’t applied so I asked her to give us the discount and she gave us a HUGE attitude about how it’s only for trivia and that she’ll give it to us this time but it’s ONLY for trivia. (Please see picture of flyer of the 50% off wings). She acted like she’s doing us this huge favor and how our server should have told us it’s only for trivia…. I only mentioned it when I noticed that the discount wasn’t applied on the bill when we were trying to pay. I’m not sure where the disconnect here is but if you have a flyer on your website about wings with no mention of trivia (again see attached picture taken from their website), you shouldn’t give such a huge stink about it. Wings were good but honestly don’t know if I’ll be back after how I was treated.

My partner and I were about to give up our search for a dinner spot on a long walk down Milwaukee Ave when we stumbled upon Gracie O’Malley’s. What a great find! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and the service was excellent. We were lucky enough to have Bella and later Aly helping us out, and they were both fantastic. They were so attentive and made our experience even better. For food, I recommend the nachos and the burger. The nachos were seriously bomb—loaded with flavor and perfect for sharing even tho they will go to straight to where the sun don’t shine! The burger was also a hit, cooked just right and super satisfying. If you’re looking for great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch service in the area, Gracie O’Malley’s is the spot. We'll definitely be back!

Just came frome there... Walked in to a reserves table of 11. No service from when we walked in. Servers were TOO BUSY ON THEIR PHONES TO SERVE. SOME PATRON IN THE BAR HAD TO BRING OVER OUR DRINKS BECAUSE THEY WERE TOO BUSY ON THEIR PHONES. WE HAD EVERYTHING ON ONE BILL BECAUSE WE WANTED TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR THEM TO CHARGE US. OK...EVEN THOUGH WE CLEANED OUR OWN TABLE AND PATRONS WERE SERVING US..👍🏻 THE ONLY BARTENDER THATS WORTH HAVING THERE AND MAKE A MANAGER IS BELLA. SHE WAS AMAZING JUST BECAUSE SHE IS OUR BARTENDER AT ANOTHER STABLISHMENT WE FREQUENT , WE WERE SO LUCKY TO SEE HER HERE. SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE OFF BUT BECAUSE EVRYONE ELSE WAS SO BUSY ON THEIR PHONES...SHE WAS THE IT GIRL. GOOD JOB BELLA FOR PICKING UP ON YOU LAZY COWORKERS SLACK!!!!❤ AFTER OUR PARTY WAS DONE AND DIGESTED...WE JUST NEED OUR BILL..RIGHT? 🤷🏽‍♀️ AFTER LIKE 20 MIN OR SO...NOTHING.. WE GO TO THE BAR AND ASK ADAM ABOUT OUR BILL...HE SEEMS NOT VERY BUSY AFTER THE BEARS GAME..WE THOUGHT IT WAS OUR IDEAL TIME TO ASK FOR OUR CHECK...BECAUSE WE DID NOT WANT TO BOTHER.... I GUESS WE BOTHERED HIM AND TOLD US " YOUR BILL SHOULD HAVE BEEN $2,000 DOLLARS!!!!!!" WE GOT AGITATED BECAUSE AS U CAN SEE FROM NUMBERS 1-9... WOW!! HE KEPT SAYING "YOU ARE COSTING ME"!..WHAT DOES THAT MEAN???🤷🏽‍♀️ WE WANTED TO PAY BILL WITH ELENA. ADAM KEPT ON GIVING DIRTY LOOKS AND TALKING UNDER HIS BREATH AND TO OUR FACE VERY AGGRESSIVE ..IF THE STAFF, SPECIALLY ADAM WOULD HAVE CPI TRANING THAT WOULD TRY TO DE ESCALATE A SITUATION IT WOULD'VE BEEN IDEAL. BUT IF YOU HAVE UNTRAINED ADAM...THATS A PROBLEM. MONEY IS NO OBJECT TO OUR PARTY..BUT WHEN YOU HAVE ADAM THREATING TO "BRING IT OUTSIDE" AND HANDING THE PHONE TO WES THE DJ AND THREATING TO CALL THE POLICE THAT NIGHT...OH PLEASE..KEEP IT CLASSY ADAM... WOW! SO MUCH FOR OUR FAMILY...

Normally I wouldn’t leave such a bad review for such a small detail, but the response from the server and manager left me no choice. I cringe every time I see a bar, especially one representing themselves as a take on a European establishment (in this case Irish), use a shaker pint for draft beer. I choked down my first flat, piss warm Modelo and asked on my next one if I could have a pint glass. I was told that was a pint glass. I tried to explain that it is actually a shaker pint and not intended for beer, and the one used for Guinness is an actual pint glass. I was told I was wrong and the Guinness glass is 20oz. I guess the fact that this glass is an imperial pint designed to leave 4 oz of room for head was lost on them.

It saddens me to see a cool bar in a vibrant city that I love curate a great draft beer selection only to destroy the flavor by using the wrong glass and not teach their staff how to properly pour it. I’m sure the vendor will show you both of these free of charge. I’m only writing this review in the hopes that someone sees it and changes it. My only motivation in doing so is the beer. Someone worked hard to brew it and bring it to you, so please quit ruining it. And when someone asks you for a pint glass, even if it’s not for Guinness, just give them one.

End of rant. Change your glassware and I’ll take down...
