I was looking for a smoothie that wasn’t a sugar bomb. I have never seen Nutrition House Protein Bar, i’m usually driving and just happened to be walking in the area that day. Googled where can I find a healthy smoothie, and that’s how I found it. The smoothie was excellent! I make them at home, so I could tell this was healthy. The menu has a lot of good options, super cute decor and a nice vibe. Going to go back and try a few different ones.

We stop in here every now and then for the drinks, they are very flavorful and delicious. The owner is super nice and the young man who chatted with us on Saturday he was very sweet. Cute relaxed environment. Yes it is Herbalife for those saying it is, honestly it's a cute spot to relax read a book or meet up with friends. Hidden gem but I wish it was opened layer so I could grab one before my 12hr shift lol. Great selection as well.

My experiences was great! I really like this place. Everything its nice and clean and organized. I try the waffles they were amazing!!!!! the presentation was very nice. I also try the delicious tea; Chia and probiotic and Sabila de mango HOT it's DELICIOUS!!! also the Green Booster is amazing it's very refreshing. I try the delicious Berry Berry bowl its very, very, very good. I like the bowl its easy to go and its secure to put it in your lunch bag.
