I pulled up to the speaker at the drive thru at the McDonald on Harlem and Addison around 8:00pm. The women taking the order was very rude when I asked her for "one moment please" so I can look at the menu when I said I was ready to order she took a minute to reply and then in a very annoyed voice said " ya I've been waiting here.. " . I told her my order and she said "pull up to the window" ...I pulled up and she opened the window and stared at me as if I had just told her off . she asked me what I wanted once again so I repeated my order so she can enter everything all over again. Then she took my money and as she started closing the window she said in a very loud annoyed voice to get me to hear her to the other people ordering through the speaker "thank you for being sooo NICE ordering ..". And then gave me a glare and dropped my change in my hand . honestly by that point I felt disrespect and was going to ask for my money back and leave because I was so confused as to what I did wrong . that women was very rude and disrespectful.. I also want to add that after dealing with her we waited 15 minutes or more for our food . I don't usually say anything but I felt maybe she delayed it on purpose but I did nothing wrong to be treated that way and made to feel so uncomfortable . I thought she was going to spit in my food .. Read moreI usually get my food here after a long day of work, I get customer service I understand how hard and tiring it is point blank period. What I don't understand is the attitude even after both me and my mom were being nice to the drive thru cashier, if we're clearly not yelling at you or being mean to you/ having atittude there's no need to give me attitude. Usually the cashier at the drive thru in the past have been so nice but recently I don't why there's a need to keep repeating "don't do that again". We could not reverse in the car line or go through in time so again we understood and tried to cancel the order just for this girl to say "no om saying I will let it happen now but next time my manager will not let it happen", I UNDERSTAND which is why I'm confused why I'm being given attitude and told this 2-3 times again repeatedly. I get long days and night shifts are hard but I don't think the bad energy should be given to customers who understand and have a good atittude. This was quite literally the first time I have ever came to the window to ask a question and I feel like I'm being scolded at when I never complained in the first place and even offered to cancel the order nicely. Read moreI don't like to leave reviews and when I do I don't like to leave bad ones but felt I had to for this. I drove away not knowing I received the wrong order. I didn't get the quarter pounder or 10 piece chicken McNuggets I ordered. I went back and told them and then was told to pull in one of the spots and they'll bring it to me. I then drove off with what I thought was the correct order because I saw the quarter pounder box in the bag with the McNuggets. I opened the box at home to eat and this was not a quarter pounder at all. It was like a BLT or something. Not even the bun used was a quarter pounder bun. Only thing I can think of was they took the burger from the other my wrong order when I gave it back to them, fixed it up and then put in the box like I wouldn't notice. This is totally unacceptable and makes me out to be a a fool. I always go this location too. Very wrong for the employee to do that.
