I went to order a couple of milkshakes and some fries along with a Big Mac meal with a coke and I must have said everything in my order at least three times because the person taking the order seemed to be doing to many things at once because the order was still wrong.
I drove up and my order was repeated back to me and I made the mistake thinking I heard the combo meal and gave my card and paid a shockingly low amount and I asked if they had the combo on the order and a second employee who was assisting checked the receipts and said there wasn't one on there. I repeated the order for a fourth time hoping it would remind them that I did indeed ordered it and then I said I was willing to pay for the drink I already had along with a whole combo that I originally ordered and she told me I didn't order it, I reminded her again I did, and she told me that if I wanted to add on to my order I would need to go back around because I'm holding up the line which again isn't possible because I didn't even have what I paid for.
I told them I will take what I paid for, including the medium coke that was supposed to be the medium coke for the combo, and get out of their hair and she repeated that I will need to go back around to order an add on and can't at the window where I firmly responded with "I am not talking about the combo meal I am talking about everything I just paid for" reminding them that they are holding up their line.
This might seem harsh but this isn't just for one visit, this is for a collection of visits and my visit today was the worst and my last. Not only was the whole visit a episode of Twilight Zone where they were telling me what I did and didn't order but the entire time I was just looking to talk about the issue everything I said their response was something totally different.
I understand they were probably busy all night and it looked as if the girl at the window was newer so I'm honestly not trying to blame anyone specifically but the visit in totality was a flippant fever dream and when I approached them with an issue they caused and offered to pay for they told me I didn't order it and that I am holding up their line and I can't have addon's and I'll need to go all the way around to reorder the combo meal I had probably asked for 4-5 times by then and I will be purchasing an extra drink.
I'm not one for demanding free meals or over compensation for the errors because we all make them but to be told I was wrong that I didn't order it when the drink for the combo i ordered was entered in and after giving a handful of opportunities for them to stop and just charge me for another combo I just took the half an order I paid for and left. Well sadly not for the lady at the window she kept telling me we need to order another drink because we ordered a meal and I said yeah a large coke with the separate large fries we ordered and she kept saying we have to order another drink I kept telling her that we did order a free large coke with the large fries and somehow she could not understand that and kept saying the same thing? What a miracle she finally tapped in a free coke after a couple minutes... mind you it was around 1am snowing and cold there’s no reason for either of us to have the window open that long, she hands us the sodas and bag we ask for 4 packets of mayo and she goes “I can only give you one” which never happens they gladly gave us more packets of mayo before but whatever it was late I didn't want to waste more time and didn’t want to hold up the cars any longer we left. Got home took the food out a Mc chicken was missing not a big deal usually but at 1am in bad weather who would drive all the way back just for a sandwich? If I could give this place a negative 1 star review I would, exactly 5 days ago. I had an absolutely horrible experience at this McDonald's location. First off, I waited for 15 minutes just to be served a simple soda—unbelievable! The staff was inattentive and completely ignored me while I was waiting, despite being clearly visible at the counter. When I finally got their attention, I was treated like I was a nuisance rather than a customer.
Not to mention the burger provide was ripped up. And there was multiple employees on staff and hardly any customers.
To make matters worse, they refused to provide me with a receipt after I asked for one multiple times. It was as if my requests didn’t even matter. The service was incredibly unprofessional, and I was left feeling disrespected.
Even worse, when I tried to have my daughter pay for a soda, they flat-out refused to let her complete the transaction. No reason, no explanation—just rude and dismissive behavior.
This McDonald's location clearly has no regard for customer service. It’s beyond disappointing, and I will never return to this location again. If you want a positive experience and basic customer respect, I highly recommend you go...
