The food is good but the people up there have NO CLUE what they are doing. I was there the other day and sat out in the lobby and observed the workers. I like to see how a place runs before I eat there. The red headed guy (for lack of not knowing his name) that was on the eat in line has absolutely no sense of urgency what so ever. They sort of walk around in a daze. The managers are friendly but still either they dont have a clue or the person training their people doesn't. Today I went to the drive thru. Ordered a ham egg and cheese croissant w/hash browns and a coke. Drove to the first window . A black man with a tattoo of First on his left forearm took my card ran it and gave it back to me . No thanks, thank you have a nice day not much of anything other than a grunt of acknowledgement . Got to the second window and waited a couple of minutes before anyone even came to the window. The manager was standing there messing with his head set. A guy finally came to the window and asked if I ordered 2 sausage somethings and I said no I ordered ham egg and cheese croissant hash browns and a coke. He went over to the prep station rooting thru sandwiches that I guess were already made and found something and put it in the bag Then he had to draw my drink. Really??? There was 1 car in the parking lot and 1 car behind me in line. I get home. I have a croissant but and its got ham egg and cheese oh wait its got bacon on it too! Thanks for the bacon but good GOD get your stuff together or you wont last long there at all. McDonalds has bad enough service I was in such hopes that you guys could do better.. Not...
Read moreI live near this BK location and used the drive through about a month ago to order some breakfast and a drink. The breakfast was good, but the service is what was remarkable!! I know this is just another fast food place, but the service I received from Iesha (delivered my order at the drive through) and Sarah (took my order at the drive through) was about the best I've ever received ..... and I am not a stranger to fast food and fast food drive throughs. (Anybody who frequents fast food restaurants in the area is probably familiar with the McDonalds "shouter," I'm sure. The one who insisted it wasn't her; rather, it was the microphone at fault. Know what I'm talkin' about?) But at this BK, both women were extremely pleasant and well spoken. They both spoke clearly, used correct grammar, and not once did either of them refer to me as "honey," or "sweetie," or "sugar." And all the while, they spoke with such cheerfulness and joy in their voices which I firmly believe was sincere. Just to be clear, I'm reviewing the newer BK--the one near Meijer, although the other one isn't terrible. It's just that this one has made giant improvements since new management took over about 4 months ago. If you have a chance stop by to say hello to Iesha or Sarah or Joe (the new manager). I am not in any way related to anyone at this BK location or any BK location--not friends with anyone either--just a customer who wanted others to know about this commendable customer service and superb fast...
Read moreI like Burger King, but this location sucks. They have two drive through speakers to order, one has never "worked" which seems strange when it's not been open that long. Food is always cold. I've had employees be downright rude to me. Food is frequently wrong, items missing. It's ridiculous. Management needs to get it under control, especially when there's lots of fast food options in the area.
One time I had them tell me to go to the second window (the only one they ever use). When I got to that window the kid told me that I went to the wrong window and that I needed to back up to the first. I had already paid and was waiting for my food. Me: "There's cars behind me." Him: "Just back up." Me: "How? Do you see the cars behind me? You want me to start backing up assuming that ALL the cars will too?" HIm: "Uh, okay. Then go back through the line." Me: "Like pull around and come back through? Why? I've already paid." Him: "Your food is at the first window." Me: "I'm not pulling around the building and getting back in line behind the cars just to wait in line again for you to hand me the food that's at the other window. Can't you just walk the few feet over and back to hand me my food?"
He huffed, walked away, and practically threw the food out the...
