We called to ask how grubhub worked on their website because we wanted half-and-half pizza and it was our first experience at jet's ever. They said we deliver so we gave him the address he was rude from the first call. So we waited the time we was told. The store and delivery driver called us. We missed a call we called him back 6 minutes later. He said he was in Charlestown and they had the complete wrong address. So we called the store back and actually sent the address to the delivery driver which said he would be there in 10 minutes. We waited for an hour still no pizza so we call the store back. We talked to them and they said they had canceled our order.. no call saying we canceled your order. So we asked to talk to the manager and the manager hung up on us immediately. So we call back and the manager's name was Jack. He said there's nothing we can do. We cancelled your order. Your money's back on your card and hung right back up on us without us being able to say a word he was rude unprofessional. So we drove there and ask for the manager Jack and he was rude right off the bat.we asked for the GM. We talked to the GM the next morning. Vince was friendly nice and said he was going to have a talk with Jack about our experience. The GM was nice and to tried to make it right for us and gave us a credit on our order. I need the owner to contact me asap please. I did my best to handle the issues with Mike G manager but was no help & lied to me that the reason I didn't get an answer by phone 3 times after 9:25p.m last night since I didn't receive my payed for delivery order was cuz they close at 9 & the boy put my order in as pick up. Made no sense since your hrs say close @ 10p.m but thought ok I will take my food today for lunch. Well then Mike said even though I tipped $5 to driver I was still double charged for delivery fees🤨 I'm upset since I payed twice for delivery fees. I was patient & hungry all night not mad til he lied about hrs & the fees. Read moreThree stars because this is some of the best pizza ever. Unfortunately I couldn't enjoy the pizza I ordered tonight. I pulled up in front of the business to pick up the pizza, and observe two young men walking around with masks on their chins, not covering their noses or their mouths. I called inside and explained to one of the young men that we were in the midst of an infectious disease pandemic that is spreading like wildfire, and they don't have enough respect for their customers to wear their masks properly. Therefore, I didn't purchase the pizza. Instead I left, hungry. Very disappointed.
Update: I contacted Jets customer service via Twitter about the same time I posted this review. The company was apologetic and explained that this is a franchisee-owned location. They sent me a link to a form to complete and said that the franchise owner would contact me within five business days. I completed the form. The franchisee didn't even try...
