Unfortunately, this was not a good experience, and we probably won't come back now. We're not the type of people to leave bad reviews, but this was big enough to let people know.
We came in to get a carry out order. The man that helped us was nice, let us sit down at a table to help. I have health issues, so my diet if very strict. I asked the server if there was a meal that was just beans, vegetables, and no grains. He recommended the veggie fajita, which was an awesome suggestion. Then I stated, ok, fajita is great, just no sour cream, rice, or tortillas. The server seemed very confused about the tortillas, I explained further my health condition, and he kept trying to get me to order corn tortillas, because they're "gluten-free". I understand that, and I told him, I can't have corn either, and apologized that my diet is very restricted. He just threw his hands up, and stated "it's none of my business, whatever.". Okay.... then why did you keep instigating, and trying to get me to buy something I can't have?
Believe me, I worked in the restaurant industry for 5 years, and HATED when people with strict diets came in. But, if you know EXACTLY what you want/ can't have, and explained to the server thoroughly, they should trust you, and bring out what you ordered - not try to sell you something that can cause a further health issue. Beans and vegetables, nothing else, is not a huge ask or complicated order at all.
Then our order came out, and we went to pay. My boyfriend got the receipt, thinking it was just a copy and put a slash through the tip line. The same server banged on the counter, tisked, and then stormed off. If he only knew we gave him a tip as soon as he stormed off, we just got the receipt confused. Super unprofessional, even when I was a server, I knew to throw a fit in the kitchen when I didn't get a tip, not in front of the customer.
THEN... we got back home, and there was chicken in my veggie fajita, when I am a vegetarian. Had to give my meal to my boyfriend, and eat something else tonight. I've definitely learned my lesson that I should probably continue to cook at home,...

I drove down to Jeffersonville to visit my sister a few days ago and she was craving their tamales so I had her call two exact orders in for takeout. When I was a few minutes away. I picked up the food and drove straight to my sisters house 2-3 mins away. The containers both were smashed upward on the bottom and the tops were pushed down and lying on top of the food. The outside of both lids were covered in the sauce from the food plus the bottom of the bag was covered with sauce . The plastic silverware was already opened when I took it out of the bag. I drove straight back and asked to speak to a manager and showed him my order and asked that it be redone. I was not rude in the slightest as I told him I understand sometimes things happen and I just want what I paid for. He was very rude and stated that the containers/food was âperfect when given to me and something must have happened to it inside my car. He then proceeded to speak in Spanish to the cashier saying âLos Americanosâ always act like they are entitled . What he didnât know is that I am fluent in Spanish.. I did not respond until he brought my food and then in Spanish I let him know j am fluent and understood everything he said to his employee. This manager said his names was ANDRES. I will never step foot in that place again and may not in the Scottsburg location either. WOW! What ever happened to customer service and customer...
   Read moreI went to this restaurant on 12/30/21 and was seated within about 7 minutes. After being seated, I noticed several other tables leaving without ordering and saying that they had been waiting over 30 minutes just to order. I left as well, but decided to give them another try 12/31/21 and placed a pick up order instead. Upon picking up my meal they stated that my order was $1 and some change more than my receipt showed so I asked about the discrepancy and was told that the website says the wrong price and the total is more than previously stated. I told them that isnât my problem that your website is incorrect so Iâm not paying more than my receipt shows. After getting this issue worked out I take my food back to my hotel and realize they gave me no utensils, no big deal, but just adding to the bad experience.
