THE dumbest employee I haver ever encountered in fast food....And that is saying a lot. First of all she couldn't make change or understand that when the total is 12.59 and someone gives you 20.59 then they are expecting bills back not change. That aside, this visit was the worst experience I have ever had in any fast food drive thru or restaurant in general. So, subs are buy one get one free....easy enough. We ordered 3 subs, so one of the three should be free. Sounds, right so far, and we weren't expecting anything more or anything other than one sub to be free. Well the girl at the window precedes to argue that we can only buy two subs and then one will be free. We must have said a dozen times that is fine we understand, but we would like a thirds sub and will pay for it no problem. She would not let us buy threes subs. Now common sense should dictate that one could buy 100 subs and just as long as one of those 100 subs is free then everything is cool right....not here at Subway. Apparently they don't like business or customers very much. The young girl at the drive thru either would not or could not understand that all we wanted was the buy one get one sub deal and then buy an extra sub. It really isn't complex or hard in any way. We weren't ask for 2 subs and 2 free or trying to game the deal in any way. We were literally just trying to buy and extra sub with not specials or anything extra but apparently that was too much.
Now I figured this was just some confusion going on in the girl working the drive thru lane. But, that is where I was wrong, when we finally did order she had to either be High, intentionally ignorant, or maybe really just that stupid. Either way what she did was out of line. She started talking incredibly slowly, and I truly believe not understanding anything on purpose. She couldn't comprehend anything about the order, it was as if her short-term memory was gone. Our order was very simple and not complex in any way and you would think this would be easy but no it was an ordeal.
I honestly wish I could give negative stars, not only did I get short changed by this girl but then to spend 15 minutes just trying to get this girl to understand a very very simple order was unbelievable. I have waited longer and have never complained before but having to wait and wait only to be lied to, and either be messed with intentionally; and have to deal with someone this incredibly stupid was truly sad.
I really do feel bad for this girl if she is truly this ignorant and incompetent I am sure she struggles with a lot in this world. But, if this was on purpose or she was just stoned at work....well that is just wrong and she should be fired or taken off drive thru and customer service.

Read moreI ordered online and got there 3 minutes after my scheduled order pick-up. When I pulled up, the employee said they were only accepting cash and when I mentioned I ordered online, they said they never had an online order. Then a second later, the employee said my name for an online order and said that it was canceled. I never canceled the order and never got an email for it. When I informed him the payment went through, he very rudely reiterated that it was canceled and there was nothing he could do. "Sorry. You're going to have to call in the morning and talk to the manager." So I drive away because what else can I do? In the morning, I call the manager and he states my order was canceled too, but it never issued a refund. So he tells me my money for a service I never got should be back in my account between 10-14 days. Its now been over 14 days and I can't reach anyone. I never got a refund, I never got my food and now I just dont know what to do. I tried reaching corporate, but my phone isnt cooperating, so all I can do is hope my review gets to someone. Read moreI absolutely do not recommend going to this Subway after the way I was treated by the owner. I placed an order through their app and provided them with a receipt on the app which has now conveniently been removed from my app. I provided the employee there showing my bank statement in which I did place the order and was told that since they didn't receive my order that I would not be given my food. When I asked to get the number of the owner of this franchise the employee decided to call him up at 2:45 in the morning which I insisted him not do to it being so late.
The employee called the owner and the owner yelled at me via speakerphone telling me that it was "my problem" and how "it wasn't their issue" and because I was upset I was told that if I didn't just leave that they would call the police on me.
I absolutely will never be giving this particular Subway my money ever again especially to an owner that doesn't seem to care at all whatsoever about giving great customer service or that a customer was charged...
