Wingstop — Restaurant in Jeffersonville

Before reading the slew of negative reviews I'm sure will be left today on NEW YEARS EVE read this first They had online orders, doordash, in person orders. The tickets were filing up in the back. The front of the store was packed with people that just ordered, came early, or have been waiting for their online orders. You couldn't even see the counter and there was nowhere to park. The staff endured a barrage of people yelling about doordash canceled orders, "can you check on my order" and "how much longer" comments. The manager kept her composure and the staff remained very pleasant, even to the rude comments many patrons threw at them durring the craziest food rush I have ever experienced. Now, even though my order was 30 minutes delayed. The food order was correct and the wings and sauces were bomb! I go to places in the city that are empty and those places mess up orders, or fail to complete the order correctly.

This staff handled the craziest opening I have ever experienced. Personally, I would have lost my cool at half the comments I heard today. I commend then for staying professional and accurate with the order.

With how terrible that food center intersection is to maneuver, I will make it a point to order from this location due to the staff alone.

The wife wanted to try this place so I went and ordered in store. The first thing I noticed was the loud music inside. The staff could barely hear the order as I gave it. Hers was an 8 piece boneless wings, half Cajun and half Mexican Street spice with a 5 piece Mexican street corn side that I repeated twice to be heard over the music, and a 20 ounce Coke. The drink fountain was broken, so the drink offerings were canned diet Coke, Coke Zero, or there was iced tea available in sweet or unsweetened. We opted for the sweet tea. My order was a 7 piece chicken tenders, 4 plain and 3 garlic parmesan. My wife's order was supposed to come with bleu cheese dressing and mine was supposed to come with 2 containers of ranch. What we got instead was 3 containers of ranch. My wife was supposed to get Mexican street corn with her meal. What she got instead was an order of cold, soggy, inedible fries.

Been here several times since location opened, first 4-5 times were great. Last time I went, ordered 2 meals so spent over $20. Guy at the register with the glasses is always nice. However after waiting 20 mins for the food, I go to the car and realize there’s no ranch WHICH ONE COMES WITH THE WINGS. I walked back in and the “manager” tries to make me pay for the ranch when I didn’t get any in the first place. The ranch is half the reason I come, everyone knows they’re popular for it. I know he recognized me as he had given me my order all the times before but today he’s going to argue with me about a cup of sauce. Extremely rude and unprofessional. To make it worse upon leaving and taking a few bites on my way home my Cajun corn was ICE COLD. It’s unfair southern Indiana has waited this long to not drive to Louisville for Wingstop and now we finally have one and I have heard so many ridiculous stories from the location already. Guess I’ll just keep driving across the bridge where they don’t argue...
