7/24/25- I wanted say. I was very pleasantly surprised. I had the vanilla sweet cream cold brew today and it was very good! 7/23/25 - I hope I'm not glutton for punishment but I thought I'd try cold brew because I got an "extra reward" if I try it 4 days in a row. I got the chocolate cream cold brew yesterday and it was drinkable, not my favorite, but good. Then I got it today and it takes like watered down, no flavor, chocolate cream on top was melted all the way through and hardly any ice. Total waste of $8.00. Honestly, it was like someone ordered it and hour before I got there, didn't pick it up so they put my sticker on it and served it to me. If I wasn't such a coffeeholic, I would not try again! Today is my third day, so I hope this 100 stars is worth it. 12/15/22 - I love the hot holiday peppermint mocha!! 3/30/23-I still love their drinks and will continue to get them....but I just started drinking the cold drinks and I wanted to say that sometimes they put way too much ice in them. I mainly wanted to say that this was the first time I ordered a breakfast sandwich with my coffee on the app and when I got in there my sandwich in a bag was sitting where the moble orders do but they hadn't made my drink. I don't know how long it was there, but my drink wasn't ready for another 6 minutes. I totally don't mind waiting 6 minutes, but my sandwich should not be sitting there that long before my drink. As a matter of fact, it should really be heated up after my drink is fixed because, yes it was warm but the bread was hard just like it had been heated up and...
Read moreI have gone back and forth on if I wanted to post this because I also work in customer service but I’m pretty upset with how this Starbucks handled this situation. I was there this Tuesday and I ordered my coffee and sandwich on the app. I did it in an appropriate time to know when I got there it would be ready. I get there and my food is ready but they said the sticker machine was broken it would be a few minutes on my coffee. I of course was on my way to work and dropping my kids off at daycare. The young man at the table read me specifically what my coffee order was. I went to wait in my car and went back in within 5 minutes. He said they were still working on it and so did the barista. I went back out waited 5 minutes poked my head in seen it wasn’t read and went back to my car to wait 5 more minutes. I go back in and I ask where my coffee is. The barista said oh sorry I don’t know what you got and our sticker machine was down so I can’t make it. I asked for a refund and she told me to contact someone through the app because that’s how it was ordered. There wasn’t any apology or trying to make my coffee on the fly just simply sorry we can’t make it after waiting that long. I then went to the Starbucks at Jeffersonville and got my coffee. Pretty disappointed that I had to go to another store and they wouldn’t just try to fix it. I understand what happens when a restaurant gets busy as I’m a bartender/server but I don’t understand having any respect to try and rectify a situation especially when you knew I had a coffee and had acknowledged that you were making it 15...
Read moreI have had nothing but bad experiences at the Starbucks, and this morning was just the cherry on top. I placed a mobile order 15 minutes ahead of time, I’ve been arrive at this Starbucks and wait 20 minutes in the drive-through line to find out the store is closed. There are at least nine other cars in the drive-through, so now I am stuck because the cars behind me will not move. After more waiting, the Cars behind me finally backed up. I normally would have just left but since I placed my mobile order I did not want to lose out on $10, so I went around to the doors which were locked but three employees were inside. I understand things happened, you can be short staffed, have new employees, but when I walked in the doors after they unlocked them the blonde girl immediately said “I should have never unlocked the doors I am going to freak out”. Then after she rudely asked me if I had a mobile order rolled her eyes and walked away. After waiting another 10 minutes I got my drink, and another five minutes after I got my pastry, where the rude blonde girl once again said “here”. I was going to leave a tip because I felt very bad for them being short staffed, late opening, and dealing with rude customers, but the attitude out of this girl was ridiculous, we all have bad days at work but it will only get worse if you share your bad mood...
